I'm over all satisfied with my experience except for the delivery time I paid for overnight shipping and it still took 24 hours for the processing so to me that is not overnight I got my item 48 hours after the fact other than that I was pleasantly pleased.

I then explained that it was for a defective watch and I did not want to be charged for return shipping... received a response asking me what was wrong with the watch... I explained and have yet to hear anything else from Invicta Stores Customer Service.
