Very simple and easy shopping experience. However, when I entered a coupon, the system did not tell me my product wasn't eligible for a coupon. I had to call customer service to check why the coupon/promo was not working.
Good selection and prices
Minor detail, but something to look at on the site-- Checkout did not offer a chance to change billing address if not same as shipping. Confirmation is showing ship/bill as the same, but they are not. Pkg arrived one day before the tracking delivery date, and I am fully satisfied with the product.

The watches I ordered are fine. My error: I ordered men's watches when I should have ordered women's. They are very nice though and I decided to keep and gift them.
My only complaint is logging in with captchas. I bet I had to try 10 different captchas before your site let me in! I was ready to give up and shop elsewhere!
