This is the third time that I have ordered a product, checked on the status of the item not delivered, been told that it will be shipping soon, then receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number, only to be followed up with an email from InvictaStores indicating that my item was not in stock and would not be shipped.
My order took 3 weeks to complete. I tried calling on the order but was put on indefinite hold. I understand these are trying times but it seemed a little strange to have to wait so long. I will continue to purchase from Invicta.
Loved the watches but The Delivery Time was very Slow.

The item was listed at $148. When I went to check out it said my cart needed to be updated. When I clicked update the price increased to $178. This was just the last in a long string of issues on the site. Sometimes it would say in stock, other times not. We had a discount code that they gave us, then would not accept. In the end, we still made the purchase because the piece itself is beautiful, but the shopping experience was not good.
Customer Service doesn't answer. Received item late so I had to contact the customer service manager Gloria. Gloria helped assist me and was very kind. Watch was not in protective wrap and had markings on it, looked used.

I ordered a secific color watch & received a different color. I kept it anyway because it was still very beautiful. And it took over a month to recieve it only after I contacted customer support to ask why it hadn't been shipped.
