First off they ship through fedex which is horrible. Fedex tracking stated that the watch was in transit for delivery but never tried to deliver. They also stated that the product was being held a facility yet I never received any notice about it. When I called customer service I asked what my options were and they said they can reship it or I can get a refund. I asked for reshipment yet today I get an email saying that I am getting a refund. They should have issued it as soon as I called and they got word my package was being returned

The price of the watch I paid for was not a deal at all. I ordered one watch and paid for two. I planned to have this item given as a gift before my family left and your shipping time was off by 3 days. The web page had issues. Over all I'm not satisfied with the ordering and handling of your products. Your products are amazing and I am a watch collector and so is many of my friends and family. My family member I was going to gift this to had already left l. Making this the most inconvenient gift ever. I had ship it again!
Didn't use the watch yet it is a Christmas gift so we'll see how it is when my daughter uses it.
