So many fine watches to choose from with really good prices. I had a particular style and function in mind and Invicta had it on sale. I have already received compliments on the wristwatch and have passed on where I purchased it. Could be back for another one soon.
My experience with invictus was very good, the price was good and delivery of the product was pretty fast
The on-line purchase protocols are inadequate and non-responsive to deal with the matter of customers who purchase Goods with a Credit Card with a shipping address that does not match the billing address. There is no fraudulent activity here, merely that I ship to my USA address and my billing address is in Canada. The Order is then rejected by 'Bolt' who is the contracted third party company that completes the billing process for Invicta.
In further exploring the Invicta purchase portal, I was able to locate a path to try and enter the proper billing address, but there was no provision for a Canadian address, only USA and Puerto Rico.
Several phone calls with customer service who were not fully aware of there own systemic challenges resulted in me providing additional proof of residency to Bolt, with the Order being approved.
This ill-equipped website had the potential for me to miss out on being able to purchase the watch of my choice at it's Sale price point if inventories ran-out.
It was a very frustrating experience!
Last week I contacted customer service in regards to the possibility of re-sizing the watch I've purchased, but have yet to receive a response. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality of the product and the speed at which it was shipped.

A detailed manual needs to be included with each specific watch purchased. I should not have to phone customer service requesting a manual for my exact watch be emailed to myself.
