I received the watch in a timely manner but the band needed to be sized smaller. I called the closest store/kiosk in the Roosevelt field mall in Nassau county NY and they said they could size it for me. When I got there I was told there would be a $16.50 charge to size it because it was bought on line and not at the store. It was sized for me and I payed the fee but was not happy with the additional cost. It should have been no charge. This increased the overall cost making the purchase less than satisfactory. I feel I should be reimbursed for the cost of the sizing
