Was nervous since not the brand direct, but got exactly what was advertised and wanted.
The watch itself and the purchase price was great...However, when it came time for delivery by FedEx, that's where the ball was dropped completely... Never once did FedEx make a single attempt to deliver my watch...NOT ONCE! Instead, They left it at a local Walgreens location for me to have to take the time & effort to go pick it up...That is NOT delivery...That is ME picking it up...Which is NOT what I paid.What was the cost of delivery for, just for FedEx to receive the package and then to take & leave it@ Walgreens. I'm completely disgusted and this is not your fault, but this is not the first issue that I've had with FedEx. They're service & customer service is abysmally bad and if you'd like to keep your customers, I'd suggest that you look into using UPS and/or USPS instead of FedEx going forward...

Fast Shipping, perfect packaging, I purchased for my husband and he loves his watch, watch has alot of weight to it, I would definitely order again and the price was great for the product I received

The only issue was the case was damaged in all 4 corners because it was placed in a shipping box that was too small. I am waiting for a replacement box now.
