The watch came perfectly packaged but there was no paperwork: no register information, no instruction manual, no warranty info
I bought two watches, both with the invincible guarantee. Both watches I received had faults.
The first watch, the vintage quartz movement with the black leather strap, came out of the box with a broken crown. I've sent it back for a replacement but haven't heard back yet.
The second watch, I-Force with automatic movement, came with a tiny hair on the underside of the quartz, above the dial (inside the watch). There are some tiny dust particles visible on the dial underneath the tiny hair. For this watch I've been told the only thing I can do is wait until I'm outside the 30 day window and can execute my invincible guarantee for a replacement or upgrade...
Customer service never apologized for the problems and answered my questions with 0 empathy and sense of understanding how frustrating it is to spend over $300 on watches that arrive with faults and need to be fixed.
Unless this is handled properly after receiving this feedback, I will never buy from invicta stores again and I'll tell everyone I know in the watch community to avoid you like the plague.
Please help me by fixing this frustrating experience.
