I been having issues for months ordering watches with my invicta card. I called synchrony and invita about this issue more than once. The customers reps from both places blam each other institutions. Nothing was resolved. This extremely impacts my future buying experience

My product arrived in a very reasonable timeframe but the battery was dead. I took it to an Invicta Store and they replaced the battery free of charge so it wasn't a big deal since I had a store close by.
