I am an overseas shopper and was upset after placing an order by credit card and did not receive my order. I have receieved an order confirmation but after not receiving my order, I checked online on my order status and realised it was cancelled! I was not even informed it was auto cancelled!
When I wrote in to enquire, your staff said I need to pay by secured source like payal and so I when to the cart again and place my order. When I select to make payment by paypal, somehow it didn't work and didnt direct me to PayPal log in page. Why? Where went wrong? Why is it so so difficult for overseas shopper to buy your watch online? Gave up!

Shopping was great but check-out had an issue where it appears that I ordered the watch and submitted payment, received an email from my credit card company letting me know the card had been charged but the completion screen did not refresh and I had to order the watch again. I'll be very upset if I only get 1 watch but am charged for 2 on my credit card.
