I really like the Reserve Zeus Bolt design.
Ordered 2 watches, paid for both - one was not delivered order was cancelled and credit issued. Not sure if they oversold or what but it's bad business and or faulty technology. Either way not a great representation.
Quick delivery was great. The only complaint I have is I wasnt given an estimated delivery date upon ordering. I didn't know until later when I received a follow up email. That just made me anxious as it was a birthday gift and ordered blind just hoping I would receive it in time. It did come in time but would be nice to know a ballpark upon ordering
My experience overall has been great. I love the invicta watches. I also love the wonderful people they have working in the store at the Queens Center Mall. Will always recommend invicta watches to everyone. :)

Hi, this order was fine, however I called customer service with help looking up my warranty information on a previous order so I could send it in for repairs under that warranty being i paid extra for it at the time of purchase. I was giving a lot of run around and finally told someone would look it up and call me back but I've heard nothing since.
