After this last experience I will not be ordering from you ever again. I ordered 4 items & only received 3.1 item was cancelled by you without any notice, it was supposed to be a gift. The other items were shipped separately and arrived on different dates.
Why would you advertise and sell a product that you don't have? That's dirty business. I have also unsubscribed to your emails due to the fact that I don't even want to see your name or add in my inbox.

Issues signing in when I first ordered

Ordering online was difficult and took me several attempts to place my order. Once I placed it, the communication from the company was extremely limited. I only received an email stating my order was placed, absolutely no shipping information. I called the company a week after placing my order to check the status of my delivery and was not able to speak with a person at all. There was only an automated message that said "your shipping may be delayed" and then the call disconnected. I was very disappointed with the customer service. However, when the product finally arrived, it was beautiful as always.
