This is my third Invicta watch in the last year and my first reserve. Why are instructions not included for setting time, date and day beyond the "screw down crown"? I had the same complaint with my Bolt and Pro Diver watches. This was my first experience with the stainless and poly band. This band does not have arrows and no information is readily available to make band adjustments. A link on a website would be so easy and reduce the frustration and time necessary to make the watch wearable.
