Nice quick and easy
I am an avid collector. This was my first time purchasing a watch from invictastores.com on 4/5/19. When I made the purchase I knew it would take at least a few days to receive a shipment date or any status. However I had heard nothing and decided to reach out 11 days later in 4/16. I did not receive any correspondence from Invicta, rather I received a FedEx tracking first and then an email from Invicta. It led me to believe that had I not messaged Invicta I may not have ever had my order processed since it all happened the same day as my message asking about shipment date. This does not mean I won't shop again, I love invicta watches and I believe this must've been a fluke.
Very easy and simplistic. I ordered a Jason Taylor Subaqua Noma VI and it didn't come with a certificate of authenticity. I notified customer service and was informed that they haven't had any certificates of authenticity for several months and that they weren't sure when they would be in.
