Ordered 2 watches for my twins birthday. The female watch was received within 5 days. When I checked the order status on the website it said complete however I never received the men's watch I ordered nor an email saying it was shipped... Delayed. Out of stock... Etc... Took me calling to get them to rush the order unfortunately their definition of "rush" was 3 more days... Hard to explain to the son why his sister got her watch on time yet he had to wait for his present when they were both ordered at the same time... Needless to say I wasn't happy and will be hard pressed to order from them again.

I'm really worried when I want to return.I have 8 ordered ( 20 pcs) but I have 3 ordered need return, but to day ( 3 days from fill out documents at your website) and reply some email to your service...Today, Im not yet receive any Label for return.I can not buy again, because Im scare when I want to return one of them...will over 30 days!
Why don't your company sent Return Label in the package,because it's very simply and easy for customers when they want to return?
