First time.seems ok so far...heard it's best not to deal with customer service. I likely will never call or ask for any after my first call years ago. Can't even tell me what battery I need? Links that are impossible to find for bracelets? $109 for a silicone strap? Come on!
Watch is extremely nice for a collector. Only issue is that it runs a bit fast.

IN LOVE WITH MY WATCH
For a 1295 dollar msrp watch you would expect the top of the bezel and the top of the dial face to line up and mine does not. The face is crooked and there are fingerprints on the gold inside and under the glass.
