Website is very difficult to use. I knew exactly the watch I wanted but I could only find it by going page by page. Trying to use the filters gave me nothing. Spent far too much time trying to find the watch I wanted.

The site would not honor my code. I put it in several times. Other than that, everything was fine. I use to shop only Fossil but when I found out about Invicta I made the switch and have been content ever since. I do not like to double dip with my fashion. If you all continue with your high standards of products and services then you will have a loyal customer. I would have liked to use my code though. Not good.
Was originally disappointed with the shipping cost. The website said free shipping, but then told you you didn't have enough in your cart. Then I was sent a coupon to use for my purchase by signing up by email, and then again was told I could not use that coupon with the watch that I purchased because it was already on sale! The watch itself is just the right size, but very very hard to read. There is no contrast on the dial in the hands. I do like the watch and it was not worth the effort to return it. I like invicta watches, but this was a little bit of a disappointment. Ty
