Placed this order online- navigating the site was easy. Followed up with customer service concerning delivery because the watch was a gift and wanted to be able to retrieve before my husband got to it. Rep I spoke with was courteous and assured me that I would be notified via email and would be able to track my purchase. I was able to do just that. My husband loves the watch and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

The on-line ordering process was pretty simple for me to navigate. I requested express (2-Day) shipping for an extra $29.00, because I wanted the watch to arrive in plenty of time for my wife's birthday. Sadly, it didn't arrive on time. So the day after it was supposed to arrive, I called the Customer Service center to inquire what could be done, and how much longer would it take to arrive. The Rep told me it would be another 3-5 days from today. I said, if that is the case, I'd like to be refunded my extra ($29) for (2-day) shipping, because now we're talking about possibly another week before delivery. The agent stated, if you request the refund, then the delivery will fall back even further to "regular shipping" 7-10 days. I was upset by this policy, but still requested my refund because the thrill of receiving the watch on time had passed. THIS PROCESS IS BROKE AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX IT.
I love the Invicta products. Everything about them is just top notch.
What I did not care for, was the length of time it took to ship the watch.
From the time I ordered it, to the time it shipped was more than 2 weeks.
Once shipped, it arrived quickly, however it took far too long to ship the item ordered.
Now that I have my new watch, it is just fabulous.
Love my new watch. Would shop for more.
