I had terrible problems with correcting my account address online and never did get it straightened out completely until after receiving my watch, I created a new account. What happened due to this was the watched was going to be sent to my old house, obviously I don't live there still. I called a saleman or csr and they said they could fix the problem. They changed my shipping address before the watch was ever processed to be shipped but you STILL shipped it to my old address. Fortunately I have a FedEx account and was able to divert the shipment to Walgreens, it costs $5.50 to have it changed to your home address, another crazy thing.
