I bought a pair of Invicta watches for my parents, who looked beyond happy when they saw it. The watches looked exactly as described on their website. The ordering was easy, and I got the sizing done in a nearby Invicta store.

I ordered and received a watch band for my Lupah watch and when I received it, it does not fit the watch. I sent the watchband back for a refund or store credit and have not heard anything since. Poor Customer Service.
