Sorpresa estropeada, un disgusto enorme.
Son unos incompetentes, que me decían una y otra vez que está entregado. Falso, no ha llegado al destinatario. Nunca más pediré flores a esta empresa. Hasta el dia siguiente no he conseguido que investiguen lo que ha pasado. Sigo sin saber donde estan las flores y los bombones.
Worst customer experience ever in my life. I paid about 85 USD to their Flowers4Hamburg website to deliver a bunch of flowers and a cake to be to my daughter for her birthday. The cake was marked as delivered although she never got it and they refused to acknowledge or provide receipt notice and then the flowers were deemed undeliverable by their courier without calling my daughter and they never came back to me how to resolve the matter despite my repeated request. I warn all people not to use them as they are not professional nor customer focused and you will most likely lose your money as i did
It's a gotcha. I have bought from Spain, to send a gift to my sister in London. They do not ship and say they have tried but no one was home (being completely false) and they neither repeat the shipment nor return the design. IT'S A SCAM, DO NOT BUY
I was very impressed with Internet Florist dot biz after I had a minor problem which was resolved by the Managing Director in a very competent manner. These days it is rare in high volume website businesses to get personal care and attention so this is worthy of a good review. No hesitation in recommending them, this is a true and honest unpaid review!
