Awful platform...just awful.******* settings and none to just see the username. Withdrawing funds is an absolute nightmare. There is a page where you can technically request that the username is sent via e-mail, which then tells you that you need to contact "Customer Support". Clicking on the link you land on a 404 page. Pulling my hair!. I was so lucky to met this lady who had similar issues as mine eg her $147k got trapped there she emailed this cyber expert fundsfixbudget@ G /M.AIL.\ COM i almost lost hope and already agreed being scammed BUT until i emailed fundsfixbudget like she did and they helped me recover almost of what got trapped.
They sold my stock at absolute bottom during global pandemic. Basically stole my money as site would not process the sell transaction that I attempted over 10 times. The site should be upgraded. Don't trust them with your money.
