I bought a mobile phone vehicle mount for my phone. The product didn't work as they promised in advertisement, and showed in photos. It won't stay stick and will fall down within couple of minutes of installing. When I reported that fault, they asked me "video" of the instead of photos. The video was large and couldn't get through email. I tried several software to compact it but couldn't. I contacted again and they won't accept photos. I contacted them third time, they promised me store credit, which NEVER HAPPENED. THAT'S DECEIVING. THEY INTENTIONALLY ASK FOR VIDEO KNOWING THAT PEOPLE WONT BE ABLE TO EMAIL THEM.
DONT BUY FROM THIS GROUP.

Picture shows tape 2" wide when in fact it's 1/2". One piece held my iPhone. Needed two if in case vstill wouldn't trust in bumpy truck. Not worth the money.

I purchased a wearable IR neck massager HX-5880 for $29.97. It came yesterday August 1, mailed from China. ( I did not know this) It does NOT work! I put proper type (new) batteries in, turned switch to "on" and nothing. Tried another set of new batteries, still nothing. Instructions say if unit will not come on check batteries are put in properly. I KNOW HOW TO PUT BATTERIES IN! It does not work! If your 100% satisfaction guarantee is true, send me what I ordered only one that works or refund my money! Inspire Uplift response to me was. " We are deeply sorry for your negative experience. We want to make it right by offering you $10.00 off your next order of $30.00 or more" What! I already spent $29.97 and recieved a broken item. I would like a refund!

I placed an order, and then, because of difficulties getting information, I decided to google two addresses I found on their website. One shows a small storefront that looks empty and unused. Another address shows a view taken from above, so looking down, and all it is is walls between tall buildings, and really ugly. The addresses are apparently bogus.
I placed the order, since I could pay through PayPal. That was almost three weeks ago. Nothing has come. I just tried chatting with them via their website, to ask where they are located. The answer was they are based in the US but ship all over the world, and they had warehouses in the US and Asia. I asked where in the US. I was disconnected form the chat!
The phone number on their website only tells you to email them! They either don't answer emails or are exceedingly slow.
I reached out to PayPal, who contacted them. A day or two late, was the first time I got any "tracking" info, even though they sent a tracking # the day after I placed the order, but the info they sent made zero sense. PayPal did their research and has agreed with me that it's all very suspicious, and is refunding my money. Coincidentally, the tracking info they sent me hasn't changed from what it showed when they first set it, 5 days ago, and that was about 2 weeks after the order was made!
Here is what PayPal emailed me. "Inspire Uplift has provided a response to the claim you filed against them. We are reviewing the facts of the case and will carefully consider all the material before making a decision. We will let you know if we require additional information from you, and will contact you via email when a decision has been reached."
And the next day: "We reviewed the information regarding your case(s) and have decided in your favor.
We credited the full disputed transaction amount of... This case is now closed. We are truly sorry that you experienced a problem with this transaction, but hope you are happy with the outcome of this case."
It's hard to believe this is a legitimate business, despite the reviews. Robots can give reviews too!

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
