I would give 1/4 star if it was possible. Shopping with Uplift has been the worst experience. Everything from the delivery, the customer service, the quality of the product, and the return and refund process has been terrible. The only thing that was easy was them processing my credit cards. I placed two separate orders for a total of 3 heated vests and received confirmation on both orders stating delivery time would be 10-13 days. One arrived in 33 days the other in 31. I tried using the tracking numbers provided in the confirmation email but both were incorrect. I attempted to contact customer service using the 1-800 on the website but it turns out that number is just a recording that advises you must send an email. After sending four emails, I received the standard scripted response of apologies and Uplift stating the have no control of delivery times as they showed the packages sent. After more than a month of waiting, the first package arrived and one vest didn't work and both were grossly undersized. After 5 emails requesting return instructions, I was advised that my refund would be 25% less of the original purchase price. It does not matter if the item is broken or not as described, Uplift still keeps 25% of your money. They will gladly exchange it for the same piece of crap product. I'm have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

Buyer Beware! I ordered from here after receiving a link from a family member of something she found she wanted for a family gift exchange. Order was place on 12/10/2019, as of the writing of this review, it has not only not arrived, but after NUMEROUS email, nobody can seem to tell me where it is or what carrier will be delivering it. I've asked twice for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I get a, "It's still on it's way" email reply. Christmas is over and I was forced to purchase an entirely different gift so they had something to open! This company is a straight up joke! Unbelievable!

I ordered four Items from Inspire Uplift two weeks prior to Christmas. After receiving nothing from them and getting close to Christmas I called and asked for the status. I also said these were Christmas presents and I wanted them before Christmas. I received two items on Christmas Eve and as of today, January 1st I STILL haven't received the other two items. What was the $13.00 shipping for? The items I received were over priced junk. Worst Online Vendor EVER.

Never received my order and now I can't get in touch with company because the site is down. I placed the order in early December. It was supposedly in LA on the 17th. Now it can't be tracked. I have family who didn't get presents because of this.

My husband and I placed our order on 12/10/19 for Christmas gifts for my daughter and her husband
Our gifts did not come for Christmas! My daughter and her husband had zero gifts for Christmas
I had signed up for tracking emails and Text messages I found that these were not useful. Most of the time you were unable to pull tracking info or information supplied was not current
Thru Text messages did get response from Holly T in customer service.
Had text today that order was out for delivery today 12/26. I placed orders for gifts online since we no longer live in same state as our family.
Just got off phone with my daughter told me umbrella arrived but not gift for my son in law. The Beer Chiller
My daughter also told me that umbrella is travel sized. On your site the umbrella appears large $24.97 seems to be expensive for travel sized
I am so far very disappointed with your company!

Also if I knew that gifts were coming from China I doubt we would of placed order

All of their products are drop shipped from Ali Express (China). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Purchase directly from AliExpress.com and save yourself money.

It came damaged and not at all what I expected. All it is good for is throwing it out. It is not usable.

The worse. Ordered my grand kids Christmas gifts from these people on December 2nd. It still did not arrive today, December 20th and the kids leave tomorrow for a month out of the country and they should have taken their presents with them. Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
