Very bad, product was delivered without its full functionality, and pieces. My calls, emails, social media posts all went unanswered

We are having the worst customer service experience with Saraf Furniture. When we ordered the bed in March, they promised to deliver it in 5 days and now it is already almost 2.5 months and they keep coming up with some or the other excuse to extend the delivery. And that too they never communicate - we have to do multiple follow ups to get the response. I would never do any another transaction with them.

I placed the order on 19th March, 2023, still no clarity by when I will receive my product.
Commitment to dispatch the product was -
1. First 9th April,
2. After that it changed 19th April,
3. After that 24th April,
4. After that 30th April and,
5. Now 10th May.

With all thisI have no confidence that these people will dispatch the product by 10th May.

Their customer care is pathetic with no escalation point.

Looks like either I need to forego the advance I paid or explore legal options.

Ordered dinning set in 2022 November second week, and still unable to use the product because once you pay the money, you are literately on the mercy of Saraf Furniture. They don't bother when the product will be delivered, if you you lucky enough then may be 2-3 months, after multiple follow ups.

High chances that you will receive a defective product, they will arrange the technical but again after multiple follow up. Technician will fill everything with some wax which eventually comes out. And these shameless people will say they have fixed the product, nothing more or less that same problem appeared in 15 days.

For replacement, I'm still struggling to get the replacement. Word like ETA or customer services are from alien dictionary for them.

Very unprofessional, they have delivered Dinning table which has it's legs broken, chipped and in worst condition. When this is raised to customer care they say we will repair it. Why would a customer want to get a new furniture repaired for the amount of money we have paid? Also they design of the dinning table is like the chair don't fit, you cannot push the chairs inside the table space. They are not giving any solution for such design blunders. Forget your hard earned money if you buy anything from INSARAF.

I purchased wardrobe, a bed and a mattress from insaraf. Wardrobe was sent of smaller size despite taking money for larger size and was told that they will return money of larger size so that I can keep smaller size. I refused and after multiple follow ups right size mattress was sent. Bed was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks but took 3 months to deliver that too after begging and requesting multiple times. Wardrobe broke and cracked in 2 months of purchase and when checked for warranty with insaraf their team mentioned that only termites are covered and not the product. Despite the big claim of seasoned wood the product couldn't withstand 2 months of light cold weather. This is misleading advertisement and claim by insaraf that they give life time warranty when it's only termite treatment that is covered. There products are hollow when it's said it's solid wood and warranty is termite treatment and not product warranty. This calls for legal action against the company to wilfully lie and mislead the customer.

I ordered a dining table in early September which was to be delivered before Diwali, till today they have changed dates 6 times… and they don't even inform u untill u reach to them. Shameless people who will send u 1 liner emails with standard reverts… like product was rejected at quality check stage… till now thrice they hAve given me this reply. Every time they say will be dispatched within 3 weeks or before… and when 3 weeks have passed and I ask I get the same reply… within 3 weeks or before. Requested for refund to which they have rejected saying it is under production and now they can't refund… how come a product is under production from over 2 and a half months and still will take another 3 weeks for delivery. Tried reaching owner, director…nobody responded or may be I M not writing to right emails.

Super frustrated. And guess what my family gave away old dining table in October so are without dining table and every day I have to listen to them for making a fool out of myself by trusting such fraudsters.
Pls donot buy from them…. Ever. I am thinking of going to consumer court if now my order is not delivered before Christmas.

Very unprofessional. Constant nagging until the advance amount has been paid. After the initial amount has been made there is no proper response from their team even after 20 days past the estimated delivery date. Below I've attached a screenshot of the mail I received after I called the customer support a day after Estimated delivery date. Till date I've called them 4 times and the reply I get is that it'll be ready in a week.

Saraf furniture uses low grade shesham wood to make it's furniture. I purchased a bed in august and it developed a big crack within one month.
Please don't buy any piece of furniture from Saraf furniture.

Ordered a desk - damaged desk delivered - company refuses to replace product or refund keeps sending from One department to another saying placating talks. They are the worst experience ever.
Product gown on site and the one delivered are not matching.

My order was booked with full advance payment in October 2021. The order had many pieces of furniture. The delivery took place in February 2022 after umpteen calls and heartburn. The owners cannot be connected directly as these delayed deliveries are a norm with the company. They have an inhouse call centre which is trained to constantly lie to customers. Absolutely disorganised company trying to make it big. With this kind of setup, I sure they're going to go down, not up. There are other companies making similar furniture based in Rajasthan, try them, they deliver in time.

Please never buy from them- the dressing mirror was broken, the table chairs were defective, and the table plank started to shift after 20'days! Repeated phone calls to fix/ replace items went unacknowledged. Nobody came by to fix or replace it- company is a total fraud! Their Goa representative, who I was asked to contact, was ruthless and rude. In a nutshell, after months of calling and following up, we had to pay 3k to fix the mirror and 1 k to fix our table/ chairs and btw the carpenter said the furniture is not solid wood as they claim on their website and it was impossible to fix the plank fully even after 3 nails and 2 screws- reason being it's some cheap wood that went out of shape! Beware everyone!

Horrible! Never ever buy any product from Saraf furniture. No customer care, nobody gives an exact date when the order will be delivered. Followed up for 150 days, no. Of mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, tagged Yet to receive only 2 products, had ordered 3 products on the 16 August 2021… order value is almost Rs. 50,000. And this is how they treat a customer! The rot has started from the top, an entire organization not feeling like responding. Very very pathetic company! Big FRAUD e-commerce company.

I am a repeat customer for insaraf furniture and i truly appreciate the quality of product they deliver. However, this time around when i ordered for a double bed, the courier delivered a damaged part. I was really surprised to see the delivery person handling the parts alone, considering it required 3 persons to unload the product from their van to my house (in ground floor). And as i guessed the one of the product part was damaged. I raised a complaint #******* on Aug 15 2021. Its been over 5 months and i have been getting only false hopes and assurances that the part is ready to ship but till date nothing. There is no escalation process and no one bothers to let me know the real status of the replacement. While i continue to follow-up, i hope the top management take cognisance of the fact that existing customers complaint resolution is something they need to look into seriously and show that they count.

Hoping for a closure.

Since ordering a round glass coffee table from Saraf Furniture, I'm excited to see what else they have to offer. I'm glad I came across saraf furniture. Their large selection of furnishings is fantastic.

If you need to serve a larger group, consider putting some dining room chairs in storage. Depending on your needs, you can choose a round extendable dining table from Saraf Furniture because It gives the variety of furniture collection with an affordable range.

I purchased a desk with drawers, they looked goof but the piece of furniture with drawers is very badly designed and now having used it a few times I am completely unable to open the drawers with my stuff inside. I contacted the company many times and only received automated reply with no further follow up.
Very disappointed

Me and my family is so satisfied with the comfort of the sofa we ordered from Saraf furniture. We spend most of our relaxing time on this sofa only. Really loved the quality and elegance of this sofa set.

I visited saraf furniture in Surat. I was surpised with their quality of their products. And also with wide variety of elements. They literally have everything you need for your home. I loved the colorful chairs to keep in the living room. One should definitely visit them.
