I purchase a furniture from Saraf furniture and the product designs was amazing and was comfortable too. And I post this Review after the one month of usage. Satisfied with my purchasing.

Lovely Expereince with Saraf Furniture Store, and there staff is very professional. It took just two meetings for us to finalise our requirements, and the reps also came home to take the exact measurements and discuss every detail to close. After that, we have been getting everything with short turnaround times, with previews as they were being put together. Very good finished products as well. They can customize everything as required. Would certainly recommend as a one stop shop for furniture-related solutions.

I am quite disappointed by the way the bed box has been designed and delivered. While looking at the pictures, it did not clearly show that design fault in the bed box, and in my opinion it is a big design fault. The bed box ply is just thrown over the bed without any support. So if you lift the box from the hole provided at the end of the ply length, the piece will be too heavy and you won't be able to bear its weight. Hence technically, it's a design fault.
The ideal way should be that the ply is attached to hinges in the center and a handle be provided at the sides of the ply, horizontally direction. How do you expect to lift such a heavy-weight ply without any hinges/support? Do you expect the customer to lift that heavy piece like a Superman or what?

On top of it, you are providing a one-liner reply saying there is no problem. Bravo! On top of it, you are not even ready to bear the carpenter expense and it is my headache to solve your faulty product.

And why are you not ready to call me directly so that I can explain to you what the problem is? Your customer team says they are not allowed to transfer the call to you or your team.

Also your marketing guy who used to pick my call pre-purchase ( and was super friendly and pushy to make the purchase) has not even responding to my calls now. Totally absconding. Is this what you guys are signing up for?

After the 6 months of order placed and installed we have seen the crack development as per seen the images. They don't give the free service too. After mailing all the images they said like our technician will visit and the charge should be paid by the customer. Very unsatisfied with the saraf furniture cause it's been only 6 months and the damage shows. Poor product.

I recently bought something more from Saraf Furniture, and like before, the whole transaction went without a hitch. The ordering process was simple and quick, and I valued how convenient their internet method was. The delivery process went really smoothly, and the driver showed up when he said he would. I was happy with the item's meticulous delivery, which ensured its safe arrival.

BIG MISTAKE! I made the mistake of ordering furniture online because I live overseas. I called them immediately afterwards to ensure they will be delivered within the date range they specified. I was in the country for 3 weeks and the date range was well within this time. When it did not come I called them, and they said it would be delivered before I left. A couple of days before I left it still had not come and I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They asked me to email them, which I did. They said they would let me know the update soon. I followed up twice after returning from India, and they said they will check with the senior management. A month afterwards, I called them. I was told it was not their poliocy to cancel the order and they will not issue a refund. They gave me two options- to have it delivered at a different address or hold it for a year until I come, both of which were not acceptable to me. Why would I trust a company that had not sent me the shipment on time? There was no resolution, except an email that said it will be shipped within the next 2 hours- to an empty apartment to which I had told them I will not return for a year! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

My order No. INSF*******. Paid 100% advance. They took my money online and never delivered the product. Multiple follow ups. Different excuses every time, keep extending the delivery time and my product never got delivered. It's a scam. Please don't place any order with this company.
