OUTDATED, DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT, AND UNFIT TO OPERATE AS A MODERN CRYPTO EXCHANGE
Indodax is an embarrassment in 2026.
This platform fails at the most basic responsibilities of a serious crypto exchange. There is no built-in DCA tracking, no proper lifetime transaction history, and no reliable way to generate reports over custom date ranges. Users are forced to manually download weekly CSV files and stitch their own history together. For long-term users, that means hundreds of files. This is indefensible.
The ledger and export system is clearly buggy. Date filters frequently reset back to the current date before export, making historical records unreliable and often unusable.
Support is a disaster. Emails are met with generic copy-paste replies that show the message was never properly read. Obvious technical problems are not investigated, not escalated, and not owned by anyone.
This becomes genuinely frightening if you do not use a cold wallet. If something goes wrong with your account or funds, you quickly discover there is no meaningful human support to help you.
No serious exchange in 2026 should lack basic analytics, transparent reporting, reliable systems, and competent support. Indodax feels amateurish, neglected, and structurally incapable of protecting users properly.
I would not trust this platform with meaningful capital.
