I was advised every step of the way regarding the progress of my items. They followed my request to have all my items shipped together. My only disappointment is that I was having all my items stitched and forgot one. I wish someone would have asked me if I wanted it done like all the rest. They have done this in the past so I don't know what happened this time. The dresses all fit despite the changes that needed to be made. I appreciated the suggestions for the tops and like them all except that I wish some had front closures. The dresses are beautiful and I can't wait to wear them!
I was promised my outfit on a specific date and it was delayed 4 weeks and therefore had to purchase a different outfit for my event. Returning is not straightforward so I am stuck. Also communication and promises they cannot keep are very stressful. You must order 6 months in advance... Clothing sizes sewn well but didn't fit unfortunately.

Timelines are not adhered to causing frustration. Even after promising that the items ready for shipment would be sent first, it didn't happen. Unacceptable to lie to customers
I believe I ordered a Large and I could not even put one arm into this pull-down dress much less pull the dress down over my body. (I normally wear a size 10 or 12.) I followed the instructions on your website to make sure I got the size right. I opened one entire side seam and could still not pull it on. I ended up going to a Seamstress who opened both seams, put gussets on both sides and a zipper down the back. I can now easily get into this dress - which is lovely. This dress was approx. $50 and the alteration charge was $100. The measurement that was critical was across the chest (and I have a small bust)... the dress I received could have been a size 5 or 7. Both disappointed and pleased after the alterations.
The dresses are beautiful but the workmanship is terrible. However, for what it is, one time use for wow factor, it was great. The speed of shipping was longer than it was promised. So order way in advance.

The two outfits arrived a few days later than expected, but still in plenty of time for the wedding. The delay was the result of 4th of July holiday in the US were the package sat for 4 days. Both outfits were as expected and fit well. I will definitely order again.

I ordered 2 Lahengas for a wedding. No one told me that blouses are pre designed and there are limitations to both what style I can pick and how long they can be.
If someone had just explained that to me instead of continually telling me no, they can not make the blouse larger to accommodate my large chest, I would have worked with someone to pick a lahenga set that will work for my chest size.
Instead, everyone kept telling me no, and threatened to charge me extra.
They simply could have told me that certain blouses are pre designed and can not be altered.
I will not be buying any more Lahengas from this website.
