I've ordered from this site on multiple occasion. Customer service is great and tailoring is exceptional! They really try their best to satisfy customer. Best online service I've received thus far on ordering clothes from India.

Always delivered on time when requested date to arrive appreciate emails update when items sent.

Placing the order was easy, getting the product took sometime. I had an sangeet to go to but my outfits did not arrive in time had to buy one locally. Duty was a killer. I had to pay $150.00 in duties. The outfits are like the pictures but sewing is very bad. Please have inspection done on the sewing. My zipper at the back have tucks all over, this is an area that every one see. Not happy.

Had to try multiple times before the payment was applied. It's looked a bit different from the pictures. It was a little small and no extra material to open up the sides. Not worth it for Canadians with the duty and taxes.

The garments I purchased are beautiful but the tops were not stitched per instructions. I cannot put one top on because the zipper does not go up all the way making it impossible to put the garment on over my torso. Advice - get the unstitched garment and go to a local tailor.

Ordered the dress as standard size to be shipped within a few days. Item was not sent and did not arrive until over 3 weeks later, which was too late for my event.

With the reasonable pricing I was a little nervous to place an order but I was beyond impressed. My sari is beautiful, the turnaround time was fantastically fast and customer service was polite and communicative.

I purchased a saree panel in blue. When it arrived the fabric looked nothing like the model photo on the website but after sewing the saree and putting it on I was genuinely amazed at how wonderful it looked. Even better than the model photo. Life lesson, don't judge a book but it's cover!

My outfit arrived on time. Fit like a glove and was beautiful. The color was not the exact shade as pictured but it was too beautiful for me to care.

I ordered a necklace as a gift for my friend and an appalled at the quality of the necklace. Stones on the photo were replaced by craft stickers which were falling out. I'm happy to rerun the set in the box and would be Ike a full refund.

Quality product. Great customer support. Timely delivery. Made my day by delivering the product on Diwali day as promised.

What I purchased did not match the description or look like the images shown. I had asked the seller to show me how it it looks prior to shipping and my request was ignored. Do not recommend at all.

I got my shipment before my excepted time that is great to me and product was ok.

They usually make my size good fit but this time it is a big and it is very loose, very disappointed

I requested that the design be exactly as the one in the photo as well as an " urgent" request as I needed the outfit for a special occasion. The team was super helpful and the outfit arrived on time They sent me a photo to make sure I was happy before they shipped it to me. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the clothes.
