I ordered a ready-made size 44 and it was not sewn properly, the armhole was very long, hips tight and the back hanging over
I sent pictures and explained and customer service said they will replace the dress which they never did and when I contacted them to find out they keep repeating the same thing again for me to send measurements

I am a loyal customer living in Canada and I order my cloths often form your company. I pay extra for custom stitching, but I find that my outfits still don't fit properly. If i order 4 outfits, they are all different sizes. Some seem like they are extra-large. Then I have to pay money to get them sized properly. What is the problem?

Delivery process was very good.
The Saree was good but the color was brighter than I expected, almost red. Expected a lighter pink. But this is to be expected due to color variations seen on the computer screen. So no complaints.

Website is somewhat easy to navigate through. Shipping is alright, although it is a bit long for unstitched products.
Product quality of various fabrics were satisfactory except some of the details. I.e, the gem work, etc were falling off after a few minutes of trying it on.

The store reps have contacted me and worked with me closely to get the end result I would like and catered to my needs as requested. They provided detailed explanations on the stylings of the blouse and offered to fulfill my extra dupatta requirement (though I don't need now and it was okay if they said no).
Customer service was improved. The quality of the products themselves was high and I will definitely be buying from them again. PS- this was for a bridal outfit and I will be wearing the dress as planned.

My blouse stylings were not as specified in the measurement page. The front, back, and sleeves were all different lengths than mentioned. There is fortunately extra fabric to size as needed as the blouse was also tighter than the measurement I input.
I requested a second dupatta but there was no communication from the store regarding this request (neither acknowledgement nor declining the request). This is a bridal lehenga and I needed an extra matching dupatta as a gunghat.
Additionally, the item was not shipped until 3 weeks later (which was after the promised delivery date) and this was not communicated until I reached out again. Again, as I followed up, I got a response and gave myself 3 months buffer- otherwise if I ordered one month before my event, I wouldn't have received my outfit in time. I didn't mind the delay (because I had time), but I would expect communication where there are delays for whatever reason and responses to special requests.
The outfit came 10 days after the shipping date, which was 2 weeks later than expected.
The plus side is, the quality of the outfit and the color of the outfit are amazing. My main concerns are regarding the stitching of specified styles, the sizes, and the communication between store and customer.

The suit was fitted for custom measurements. It fit well with very nice fabric. It did have a strong chemical smell but after unbagging and hanging in a ventilated space the odor dissipated after several days. I was pleased with the order.
