Bought 2 dresses which are beautifully made and perfect for the occasion. Would buy again. Staff kept me UTD on shipping and were in good communication.
This is the second time i have experienced delayed in shipment, my previous order was delayed also when i was promised 5% discount as was the case with this order also.
I never received the discount.
I ordered a dhoti and kurta set to wear at a wedding. The estimated delivery date was January 20,2023. The latest I could have the product delivered to me was January 25,2023. Initially I was informed that the order would be delivered on January 20th as per the estimate. However, there was a delay due to "supply" issues and I was informed that the product would not be here in time. I asked customer support to see if they can do something to expedite the deliver somehow. They said they would try. I was really surprised and delighted when the product was delivered to me in Canada before January 25,2023.
All this is to say that even though Indian Wedding Saree had some unforeseen issues, they worked through the problems and made sure they delivered the product to me in time for me to wear the dhoti and kurta set at my cousin's wedding.
Also, the product (the dhoti kurta set) turned out to be very a good quality product. I actually didn't expect it to be so nice.

The purchase on its own when arrived was good however the lead up that was terrible. There was no through follow up once the parcel left your store. FedEx delivered the parcel to a local courier depot in NZ snd updated the tracking status as delivered and I found this very frustrating as each time I enquired the answer was the parcel had been delivered when it clearly hadn't, I took me another 8 days with numerous phone calls almost daily before we finally received my parcel. When I ordered the items the indicative delivery date was the 21/1. I did not get my parcel till the 8/2 missed the wedding I wanted to wear this too and ended up buying something else.

I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric. The color was a bit greener than it had appeared online, but it was still beautiful. The stitched blouse was very nice, but too big (I probably did not do the measurements exactly right even though I watched their videos). I had it altered and it was fine. The lace up back closure is great because it gives you some flexibility in size.
Also very pleased with customer service and communication. They even emailed while it was in progress. It arrived earlier than the original projected date.

You can check, I'm your customers long time, before clothes quality is very good but last three time I got the delivery dress, all dress or Saree both clothes quality is very poor, is only money washed. Next time I have to think.
