This is the fourth time i have purchased from IWS and I've always been so pleased with the communication and updates from the team and always a bonus when the products arrive on time and is of excellent quality considering the price
They didn't ship out my clothes until I had to call them to ship it out. Literally waited a whole month and the same thing happened twice when my cousins ordered clothes from them. Don't bother ordering here unless you wanna wait. Make sure you contact them if your stuff doesn't arrive as stated in the estimated arrival date.

The pallau is so crocked
I brought a kaameez which looked very beautiful and expensive peice on there website, but when i received it was not what i saw on there site. The kameez looked cheap and even the colour and patten of the botton did not match. It looks very cheap and the bottoms one leg was long and one very short. That was so weird, i complain and ask for return where they agreed and were to arrange pick up, but than it was a hassle for me as i work on an island and not always at home in main land. So i ask them to do another bottom and they did but still i am unsatisfied. I have been buying from Indian wedding sarees from ages, only few times i have encounter this types of problems. But i still recommend this site and i have seen that there prices are unbeatable. I have also ordered so Lehengas and its very beautiful.
We were skeptical about the size and fitting of the Sherwani we ordered but to our pleasant surprise, it was perfect.

My outfit was not as described. I put in my height and my skirt was too short. The blouse was cheaply made and see through. My package arrived later than scheduled. When I tried to reach out to the company. They said that I passed the return date. I explained to them that I was out of the country, they didn't respond back to me. It was not a great experience
