Also a month into order, way after delivery time, start giving excuses that they are limited for certain length size and asking me ti okay the measurements that they can do.

- as a first-time Indian outfit shopper, I feel like it wasn't clearly stated that the base price for the lehenga was only for the fabric alone without any tailoring. It was only after I followed up on where to provide my measurements that I was told I had to pay extra for stitching/tailoring
- despite providing all my measurements as requested, the lehenga top did not fit me well at all. I had to bring it to a local tailor to alter my top
- if I had known, I would have opted out of the can can underskirt if possible, which was very heavy, uncomfortable, and scratchy (it was literally like sandpaper)
- the bottom pants for my partner's male outfit was very low quality, especially the cinch at the waist which was just a thin piece of cloth (as opposed to any kind of elastic cinch), which meant that the pants were not secure
I ordered on the site according to the measurements given; however, the items arrived and they were way too big in size and not as described. So now we have to buy new outfits, disappointing to say the least!
