I've been buying from this company since 2008-09 and the price and quality of the items were very good. However not satisfied with our recent big order for a family wedding. Customer service is getting poor, buying time and very persistent. Some item's didn't get delivered on time and refund was refused even after informing that we'll be away and no one will be here to receive the package. Pls order at least 3-4 months before the delivery dates given on site. Vast difference in colour on some of the lahengas. Prices going up but quality of clothes esp lahengas are going down. However stitching is very good. Jewellery's were of very poor quality (esp beads/pearls) compared to price paid. Looked so different from the photos on site. Had to buy from elsewhere again. Lastly, despite making 5 different orders for this wedding clothes to avoid duty, order items were mixed and sent for which I had to pay a large amount of duty. However about 1/4 amount was refunded by IWS which was very much appreciated.
Product was as expected, very much satisfied. The material was good as well and the saree was ready to wear which surprised me and was very happy.

This is my first time buying a sari online. I was made aware of a change in colour and was given a piecutre of reference. However, the sari I received was not the same as the picture. It was still beautiful, but I would've liked to have been told if the sari was going to be completely different.

I emailed 3 times before the dress even arrived asking about the return policy because it wasn't going to make it in time. It wasn't until a week after I received the dress I was told I only had 48 hours to return it. At that time it was too late to return.

Blouses have sleeps not short nor up to elbow, so it is looking very bad with my length of Blouses.
Sarees have plain Blouse material so when wearn it comes on backside around hips so looking very bad, if I remove that plain material from saree then it's going to be very short so plaits can't be done.
I was not expecting this from your end.

I normally get all my Indian clothes from here, since it is not possible for me to travel to India each time there is a function or something. I give them the measurements and they make it exactly to my size. This time around, they got rid of a lot of the measurement options, and also the zippers are not the best quality which disappointed me a lot, since that breaks my trust as a consumer. There price is very reasonable and brings me back, but this time around, I don't know the quality was not the best, and the zippers were not working at all. Can't even return them, since its double the cost to return, as I live in USA.
