I received directions and responses in a timely manner. When I received the finished dress and realized there was a spot on the front and some loose stitching, another dress was made and sent. It is fine.
The directions were good, but not as clear as I would have liked in one area. This was corrected with the second dress. I'm happy that I was able to buy a lovely dress at a reasonable price.

I was not aware that it would not be sold and I would have a complete outfit. I had a great experience working with this company. Their communication is excellent and after I sent in the initial measurements, they emailed me and sent me messages on Whatsapp with questions that they had. For my husband's outfits we had to return a couple of things and order different sizes and that was very easy. When the clothes came I was very surprised at how good the quality of the clothing was. I have found that the quality of clothing in the United States at the mall is horrible as US companies have used cheaper fabrics over the years. This was not the case with this company in India. The clothes were beautiful and the fabrics were good quality. I got a lot of compliments at the wedding I attended on both of my outfits. I am very happy with this company and I will recommend them in the future.
