I am writing this review based on my real experience just few days before. They are very unprofessional. You can give good reviews if all goes well as per plan but they are worst if something goes wrong. As per my recent experience, I booked the chardham tour for 8 members with them and price was agreed 14k inclusive gst. Apart from that 8500 for kedarnath helicopter booking per person. However, helicopter booking they couldn't arrange due to some reason which is ok. Also they didn't able to provide hotel for us in kedarnath and Badrinath. They change the hotel and location at last minute and didn't inform us at all. When we reach us at destination and hotel said there is no bookings for u and when we tried to contact, first of all no one picking call. After several calls they said your hotel is different which they never informed before. We had to arrange our own accommodation somehow which is very difficult during peak time. When we asked the refund, they never responded properly. No email reply and no call pickup. I have spoken with the owner Mr. Mahendara and well but still no resolution even he promised to refund full amount. Now no one is picking the call and replying to email. At last I would say if everything goes well then they are ok but if any issue then they never take it on them. Please aware.

We have a very good experience of having booked with Indian Temple tour. The tour to chardham package which was planned by them for us was very good. Good support staff, clean and good hotels, very reliable from the date of booking till the day our tour was over. Thank you Indian Temple Tour.
Frequently changing the hotels and stay which gives lots of problems to tourist.
Hotel rooms are not good to the standard. Take little more charge but give good facilities.
You should also includes Helicopter tickets to reduce the last minutes tension of tourist.
It's good services, we are really impressed, I tell it my all family members, how are services you're company', next. Time definitely I consult any other tour, nd I also advise to other people, this best chaar dham tour travelers, one time join. Thanku
I used services of Indian Temple Tour for Uttarakhand char dham yatra in April/ May 2018 and found the services quite satisfactory. It was good value for money. For the budget tour, the vehicle, driver, hotels and services were quite good. For Kedarnath, the camp was littla away from the temple. Other than that we found services upto expectation.
Bad experience. Our rooms cancelled, shifted at there will and we were roaming on road even after midnight. We were made travel in late night time. There was no Coordination between driver and ITT people. They were not providing timely information about hotel. Generally drivers are getting pilgrim registration. In our case driver didn't took care for registration and we have spend 3 hours at last moments, which delayed Kedarnath Darshan. We took room at gauri kund and paid Rs. 4000 for room rent.
I enojyed my short tour around Agra Mathura. I enjoyed very much the company of my driver and he provided some good tips on our time. Accommodation was good
I had a real experience with this frauds. I travelled to Badri and Valley Of flowers. But they received the cash from for Valley of flowers too. But they did not make any necessary arrangement CAB, Stay and Food too. Even they did not refund my Rs. 10,000/- for Valley of Flowers alone. They are not only money minded fellow and but also cheaters. Even after many remainders/mails/calls also they did not refund my money.

Hi - I have had a very good experience dealing with Indian Temple Tour travel agency, Mr Prem Mishra and Mangat Sharma were very helpful. I am from Bangalore and when i started searching online i found many agencies offering their deals that were very expensive and finally came across ITT who had the best deals in store.
Mr Prem Mishra was very friendly and planned my itinerary in such a way that i had no issues from day one till the end.
My travel plan was drafted in detail by ITT.
