My review for ITT:

We planned our Char Dham Yatra for May 2024 with Indian Temple Tours (ITT), outlining the following conditions for the tour operators:

A good vehicle
A driver who speaks English and does not smoke or chew tobacco
Information about the places we visit

Upon confirming 50% of the payment, ITT shared the hotel vouchers and itinerary with us.

When we arrived in Delhi, we were provided with a tempo traveler where several recliner seats were not working properly. Additionally, both the driver and the assistant were smoking and chewing tobacco, making it unbearable to sit behind them. After we complained, they stopped smoking but retaliated by playing loud Rajasthani songs for the entire 10-day trip.

In Haridwar, we were given rooms at Hotel Grand Inn, where several rooms did not have locks, the bathroom doors were broken, and the rooms and bathrooms were not clean.

Due to heavy traffic, we couldn't reach the planned destinations on time. When we asked ITT to reschedule the hotel bookings, they refused, stating that the payments had already been made and couldn't be adjusted. Out of the 10 days, we were able to utilize the hotel stays for only 5 days and had to spend over 40,000 INR for accommodation for the remaining days.

Since we couldn't stick to the itinerary, ITT canceled our last 3 days of hotel bookings without informing us. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the rooms had been canceled.

This is just a glimpse of our experience with the tour operator, the driver, and the assistant.

We strongly advise against choosing this tour operator. If you have already booked, consider canceling and finding a new operator. Traveling with them will cost you not just money, but also your peace of mind.

The trip of nava dwaraka along with some amazing site seeing was organised by India Temple tours.
On arrival at jaipur we were picked by the cab driver and dropped at hotel, the next day our tour started from pushkar to dakor dwaraka which was 12 nights 13 day tour. Our Driver Mr Satyawan was professional and was on time and took us to all the places we needed to go, would suggest the tour operators 100% for their follow up and Commitment

Worst experience! Owner Mahendra, saleswoman Priyanka, Anamika all are arrogant. They just know how to grab money. CHEAP SERVICE. They don't know how to talk with tourist. I have used their service for Chardham Yatra from 1st June'23 to 12th June'23. FIRST DISASTER: They charged us 34,500/- per person for 11 nights 12 days tour & for the same tour plan they charged *******/- from other persons. I met with many guests in the hotel who booked the same tour plan from them at lower rate. But they were also not happy with their service. SECOND DISASTER- cab driver They gave us the most irresponsible & rude driver. His name was Gaurav Thakur. He was supposed to pick us at 10 a.m from Delhi station & he came at 12noon. He said he don't know about the pick up, company didn't inform him. 2 hrs we waited at outside of station with our below 2 yr kid & it was raining.Then he was supposed to start at 4 a.m for Yamunotri but he was sleeping & his phone was switched off. By any way we got another driver's no. & asked him to wake our driver. When that driver woke him up he started fighting with him. Whenever we were telling to take us for sightseeing as per the itinerary he got angry, he is not interested at all. So rude driver I've ever seen. If we are asking him something, after repeating 3-4 times then his reply is like- "mujhe kya pta, dekhte hai, pta nahi, aap jidhar ho mai bhi Wahi hu" so arrogant behaviour. He start fighting with each & every car drivers passing by. His dialogues are mai kisike baap ka nahi khata, Gaurav kisise darta nahi, even he started fighting with hotel owners also. Then one morning we saw the alcohol bottel under his seat & understood that he drank at night that's why he couldn't woke up early. THIRD DISASTER- we booked the package with advance 50,000. Now when reached Delhi their saleswoman asked to pay 20,000, we agreed & paid at Delhi station. But before booking i clearly told Anamika, their saleswoman that balance amount I'll pay after completion of trip at Haridwar she agreed. They first agree all the things (by talking sweetly) but in the middle of your tour they will torture you for money. Mahendra the owner called me when the tour was just started & asked for the balance amount. Was not just asking rather threatening me if u will not pay then trip mai jo hoga wo apki responsibility hogi. Starting mai he was calling me apki & then he came into tumhe payment karna padega, tumhe jo samajhna hai samjho. That was his statement. After doing the payment they will not pick up the call. Not only that we booked deluxe package & got the below standard package. Worst hotels, not hotels they were like dharamshalas. So guys be aware from this greedy Indian Temple Tour. Book at your own risk.

Good arrangements of transport, hotel and food.Good co-operation by driver, hotel staff.In my view, the camp at Kedarnath to be booked where toilet facility for ladies is available.

Why do we go to temple? Not to get pushed.
How come all the India temples are always crowded and no better facility provided.
Mandir is highest money making business and yet no facility are provided. Why cant they build a big hall where people can come and sit instead of getting pushed.
All the mandir inside are covered with gold and humans are being pushed in line and cannot even do the drashan properly.
I have visited Churches they are so peaceful.

Waste experience never book this, after booking no proper response, in package showing different hotel but after reaching the place they book different cheap hotel, and miss management from their side booking gril is telling different, hotel booking person is different and driver is taking different place for site visit. During travel the gril who book the package will not respond u, and if we pay some less amount at the time of booking they will make us to pay in hotel, they never trust the customers. So if u book the package pay them in 4 parts don't pay full before package get complete otherwise experience will worst. So according to my experience book any driver for u r tour he will take care about u instead of this package team. Please check the GST number of the package team and the name of owner and take their number if u book any package.

Had a good experience with Temple tour. Hotels were good which was booked by Soniya ji. Staff were cooperative in all the hotels. Overall it was a good experience.

Extremely happy with the way Zoya sheikh has cooperated in refunding the booking amount in time.

Had a good Gujarat trip covering Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Somnaath and nearby placed. Driver was really helpful in sharing the details of Gujarat food, culture and other local information. Indeed, it was a very good memorable trip that I had during the current pandemic situation due to covid-19.

Day 1 - Received the call from the Driver before arrical to Ahmedabad. Please ask for bigger bed of you have kids with you in the hotel as they provide very compact room. There was no sightseeing available in ahmendabad as the trip was post diwali. These guys have no understanding of local schedule.

No option left, decided to go to Statue of Unity. Driver agreed and started. In the middle of the j0ourney, Driver received the call from IndianTravelTour and they bashed him like anything to alter the plan. They asked the driver to stop the car on the highway, post some internal discussions, they asked him to return the car to Ahmedabad. It was really a horrible experiece with Kids to imagine the return to Ahmedabad. Somehow, I managed to request driver to complete the journey and not to retun back.

Day 2

The day 2 began. We told Mr Chirag that we have the plan to leave to hotel at 8:30 AM. Car was there and I noticed that one of tyre of the Tata Zest numbered (GJ03 BV 3148) was punctured. Huh. We said, its ok, after all its a machine, and these kind of things can happen with anyone. The driver checked the stepnee. Surprised, it was also punctured.

We all settled in the car and noticed that the front windshield of the car had big cracks on it(must be resulted during some accident). One may please refer to the pics posted. Though it is not legal to drive on long drives with cracked windshields as these needs to be replaced asap, but we planned 5 days of journey across Gujrat with this broken windshied.

After 30 mins, at around 11 AM, we asked the driver to speed up the AC as the cabin was not cool and it was bit hot in the car with one young kid and 1 infant.

I called IndianTravelTour that AC is not working. They told to look into it. In the meantime, I got call from Ms Ankita, who was the planner of this visit (different from the person I planned the trip one month before). There was about 25% of amount pending with me which i had to give to IndianTravelTour. SHe asked to make the payment immediately. I told her that you please fix the car first or replace the car and I would pay all the money as I have already paid 75% amount. She told that it is against their policy and I would have to pay the complete amount right away which I refused untill the car gets fixed as per my experice so far. She told if you do not pay now, The driver would be asked to stop the car immediately and then I would have to be on my own with my family.
Huh.

I requested the IndianTravelTour team and the driver and after struggle of almost 3 hours, we spotted a mechanic who can fix the AC. Mechanix examined and asked of the AC was working in earlier trip and the driver had no clue as some other driver might have been using the car. He told that there might be gas leakage which have got resulted in the AC being stopped working.

After multilple discussions, the owner of the car agreed to top up the AC gas and continue the journey. It worked fine for next 6 hours and we reached

Rest of the days were horrible as we had to travel in broken car with some temporary arangement. Please do not opt for India tour travels.

Travelled in the same car with no AC. Though the driver tried to make temporarary arrangements, but was not successfull.

Worst service provided by IndianTempleTour. Could not describe in further details as there is limit for the words in google

I don't even want to give Indian Temple Tour 1 star! I booked my chardham yatra and tour from vanarasi, agra, jaipur, delhi by Indian Temple Tour. I paid 1 lakh for the tour and for hotels not less than 3 stars. I don't need luxury, the only thing i asked for were clean rooms. The hotels were the cheapest one, dirty rooms and when i called they don't even try to solve it. The owner, Mahendre, is the worst. The last day he tried to frame me by not paying my hotel and send me a text message that i had to pay 2400 INR for the hotel, i asked the hotel guy how much is my room, he said 1500 rupee. They are frauds. I really DON'T recommend to book your tours by them. I was lucky that all conversations were recorded by my phone and said i will case them throught consumer court, then Mahendre paid for my hotel.

We had a good experience on our 2 dham Yatra with them. Things were planned well and hotels were also suited to the availability and pricing they offered. Driver vehicle and food was also decent and I would recommend them for opting them. I would like to mention that during Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra, we should also understand the infrastructure and logistics availability at those sites before commenting any thing as these are remote sites and connectivity is also not that good.

Worst tour operator, irresponsible. The vehicle for char dham yatra was worst, in group tour. Driver misbehaved many times, inspite of telling them again and again the indian temple tour didnot listen to us. We had to walk 6 kms unnecessarily because of the idiocity of driver and temple tour couldnot do anything. The stay were at worst hotels worst than a dharamshala. We had to share among 4 whereas the stay was at twin sharing basis.

Worst tour operator.

1. They will not given proper response after the full payment is made. Never give 100% in Advance
2. The rooms were below standard. We were in a group of 16 and were told to adjust in 3 rooms
3. No breakfast and dinner - As per their commitment they were suppose to give break fast and dinner but upon reaching the hotel we were told to pay for food
4. Highly incompetent support staff
5. They will lure you with very cheap price, beware the price is cheap as they will not fulfill most of tier commitment
6. Never ever send your parents with this operator.
