I recently discovered indianclothstore on online. Was little hesitant to buy. Glad that i brought a lehenga.
Have received my parcel this week. The lehenga have been stitched to the perfection with good quality.
And their customer service personnel (vipul) he really looked after me with a superb service each time of contact. Goes extra mile to help his valued customers with extensive product knowledge.

Will continue shopping with them soon for sure and recommend others.

I ordered a lehenga from the store and they made my lehenga according to the specifications i needed and it fits well.
I really like the lehenga and its far more beautiful, heavier and glamorous than shown in the picture. I was really amazed when i opened it since it exceeded my expectations with the quality of the material and also the stitching though the it took a while to receive it.
Vipul was very good with the customer services and always replied my calls and emails promptly and politely.

You know how you usually look at a picture and when the item comes in, it's much cheaper looking, flat, dull? Not with Indian Cloth Store. We purchased 5 assorted outfits for a wedding we are going to and every one of them was absolutely beautiful. We also purchased jewelry to go with them and it was far above the quality we expected for the price we paid. They also rushed the items for me so we could get them before we left town. I am so happy with their service and their product and will definitely be buying from them again! They've earned a new customer.

The pictures posted by the negative commenters show a huge difference in the actual that was shipped and what was ordered. And these are not minor errors. And it seems like the company did nothing to rectify their mistakes other than asking these people for their order numbers.
Unfortunately there are no pictures posted by people making positive comments about the company which is kind of shady. That makes me question their comments and the website.
I come from a huge family and am always looking to order in bulk as I have tons of events to go to. However, after reading these reviews, I have to reconsider before I place my order.

I tried to read a bunch of reviews online before ordering. I couldn't tell what was real, fake, I even found one review saying that it was the company itself posting the good reviews lol. I finally said f*ck it and just ordered something for 40 bucks through paypal Not too expensive because I've been screwed over before in the past. It took a little while for my order to come in but not crazy long. I placed my order 1/21/17 and received it on Feb 6. I was actually pretty impressed with what I got. You can definitely tell it was hand done. The quality of my dress was really nice and had a lot of details. Granted, if I wanted to nitpick I could. The bottom layer of the dress had a different pattern set. My pants in the picture had designs, and the pants I got were just a plain color. If you're looking for what's exactly in the pic, it's not going to happen. However, saying that I only paid 40 bucks, the dress I got was beautiful and I have no regrets. I would definitely order from here again.

I have the right to say that I'm an expert in online shopping! I buy EVERYTHING online, believe it or not... even household toiletries. (Why bother going to stores and spend money on car gas?) With that being said, I've purchased from so many Indian online websites. At least a dozen different companies, and by far--- Indian Cloth Store has the most Superb customer service! Yes, the competing companies sell almost the same things (they buy from a manufacturer then they sell to us). But what sets Indian Cloth Store apart from the others is the AMAZING customer service! Whether it's the initial ordering to the end dispatching help from kind Mr. Vipul Patel, to the amazing and talented help from Mr. Anish Patel bhai and Zankhana Patel in the stitching dept. to the supervison of Mr. Chirag Patel... this company is seriously amazing! And the items are exactly like pictured on website. Great quality stitching. Im extremely picky with my stitching and they do exactly as per my requests. Please consider this honest company, and if any problem arises, just communicate with Mr. Vipul Patel via chat!

I've never seen such beautiful dresses in my entire life. The work, stichting and quality is amazing. I've looked forward to these dresses and i wasn't disappointed, definitely not! I ordered 1st time from Indian clothes store, i was impressed with their stitching and shipping. I ordered 7 punjabi suits and they all came perfect the way i asked for it.
