I currently purchased a an outfit from IndianClothStore and I had it custom stitched. Outfit had embroidery with gold prickly thread. My outfit was lined but the sleeves were not and when I asked they told me that I didn't asked for it to be lined. Well, we see an outfit online not knowing how the material is and we order it based on what is told by the company. They asked me other questions, why couldn't they ask me about the sleeves. It is very uncomfortable to wear the outfit because of the unlined sleeves.
Instead of giving we some suggestions or helping me out, they basically said, you did not ask for it so you didn't get it. I have spent more than a $1000US over a period of time and I get a horrible customer service.
I also ordered an unstitched outfit and it does not look like what they advertised. I am one unhappy and upset customer.
Well IndianClothStore, you have just lost a customer.
I ordered online and got acknowledgement and was kept updated. Received my parcel within 2 weeks. It was great
I am in the UK and going on holiday yo India. I ordered two outfits from the store to be made for me. I used the chat service for help that I needed. Tgey were quick to take up the chat and help me. I made my selection sent my request and paid.
Two weeks later I received an email to say that one of my outfits had not passed quality control after three attempts and to reorder another. I am going in three weeks-will it be time to make it? I explained the situation and was reassured it will be ready.
Today my parcel arrived. I thought on my the first outfit would be in there. What a surprise when I opened it up find both outfits! I am delighted with the service I have had from the Indian clothes company and happy yo tell my friends and family.

I ordered anarkali Suit from the United States. I was little worried like how the stitching(mainly fit) will be. But I was really happy with the stitching. It was so perfect. Customer service is also good. They respond to emails in timely manner which is another good thing..

My first experience with Indianclothstore was incredible. My suit I ordered somewherelese was not good so I needed fast a beautiful suit. I came across the webshop of Indianclothstore. Beautiful dresses and suits for good prices. I ordered one and sent the customer care an email to ask if they would be able to deliver it within 14 days (Im living in Europe). They replied really fast and with kind words. And yes within 14 days I received my suit! Beautiful pakistani dress! The price quality is fantastic and they made their promises come true. I would definitely order more suits from Indianclothstore. Try it by yourself.

Quality of the material is really good. In my case i am happy, what i expected is received. Though, i was bit scared in the initial stage of ordering, but i experimented on line purchasing. But result is good.
I was iffy bc of other ppl reviews but my main concern was the delivery but they reached out to me themselves bc I had the items in the cart and I didn't make any purchase. But I told them I need my clothes in 12 days and sure enough it was here that day! And fitting was perfect. I definitely recommend them and if you have any concerns or questions just contact them. Best way is to reach them is with whatsapp.
This is the first time I ordered with The Indian Cloth Store. I was very impressed with the product and service. My order was received before the scheduled time. The stitching on the blouse, pre stitched saree and petticoat was impeccable. I have had horrible experiences ordering online from other sites and the products always have hanging threads and I always have to get the order altered. Not is time, I look forward to ordering again from The Indian Cloth Store. The quality, cost and experience was EXCELLENT.
I was skeptical about ordering an outfit online and was worried that it would not fit properly but I was pleasantly surprised. The outfit I received is almost identical to the picture, with a few minor differences. The quality of the stitching is good and I received my order quicker than anticipated. Overall, I am happy and look forward to receiving my next order.
Super cheap cost, amazing quality, not the best communication skills with the company but I got 3 suits within about 1-3 weeks to USA. Wish I could give 10 stars!
