I had a very positive experience with indianclothstore. I ordered Long Kameez, they have just delivered it in 8 days also enjoyed the discount I got on my first purchase! I am very happy with my purchase so far! If I come across any problems for the 2nd half of my order I will report back.

Great online shopping store! I am very happy with indian cloth store, which is the best online shopping site I've never seen. I've got my wedding lehenga yesterday and after I put it on, my relatives said that I am just like a beautiful princess. I believe that I will be the most beautiful girl on my wedding day ;).

And sometimes it's even better! I've had a great experience building my closet with beautiful items and have had no issues. Their customer service is amazing.

WARNING don't buy from this store. I ordered 3 salwar kameez on 24/09/14 - one month later I received 2 of the salwars and I still haven't received the 3rd item! I asked them about the delay and their reply was "your last product is in manufacturing process so will take time". Also, they will not give you refund, you have to choose another item! They're a fraud! If they don't have the fabric or item in stock then they should've removed it from the website. Worst customer service! I will never shop with them again!

I've ordered three dresses from them and the first one didn't fit right so I returned it hassle free without paying a restocking fee and received store credit! I didn't mind because I knew I was going to be purchasing from them again!

I ordered my dress for wedding. The descriptions are awesome and the chat section is very helpful if you have a question about the size or length of the dress. They have a quick response for you. I got the dress last night and I must say... WOOOOOOWWWWWW! I A B S O L U T E L Y L O V E I T! The shipment was really fast tho I was told that shipping to an APO it will take between 25-30 days. I placed my order on the 6th of Sep. And get the package on the 22nd of Sep. I am really happy and you just got yourself an longtime customer! Love it! I? ll send some pics from the wedding :)

I love Indian Cloth Store. I'm surprised to see negative reviews since my experience with them was great. They daily update new style that is cool I ordered 7 items, and they all came in 2 weeks! Anyway, the quality is quite good for its price and they look exactly how they're shown online. I'm very satisfied with them, and I've already placed another with them. I will definitely buy from them again.

Unbelievably poor quality clothes. I ordered an outfit from them that cost over $100 and it came with a tear in the chest, a bright orange paint stain under the sleeve and a huge (glue?) stain on the dupatta. I wrote them within a day of receiving it and sent pictures of the issues but they still refused a refund. Beyond having poor quality control, I assume with this many issues they are intentionally selling the defective clothes over the internet where people cannot see them first. The positive reviews here are almost certainly fake. DO NOT buy from this website. In response to the silly comment posted by IndianClothStore below, they certainly never offered my money back only a $50 refund which is less than half what I paid for the product. Also note: using PayPal does NOT guarantee your purchase from this site unless you buy un-stitched clothes (i. E., cloth). "Custom made items" are not covered by paypal buyer protection and no batter how bad the condition of the clothes is, you will not get your money back by filing a dispute with PayPal. I been regularly purchasing items from indian cloth store and am so impressed by everything I have received. However this is what I expect from a first rate company, what does surprise me though is how amazing their customer service department is, so helpful. I first contacted them because I wanted to source an item that had gone out of stock, their response was fantastic and really personal. Happily recommend to my friends and family.

The service was timely as they mentioned. However, the Bollywood replica lehnga was not what was shown in picture. The material was completely different, which looked a bit cheap. The management will never admit their mistake. I ended up keeping the lehnga-choli even though I might never wear it. They definitely don't stand behind their product. Their prices are very reasonable... maybe that's one of the reason why the product wasn't good. I would stick to getting custom made from boutiques.
