The clothes that are shipped are not alway what are advertised. The neck lines and styles are always altered. The sizing are always have to pay extra to get them altered. I have asked for a zipper a number of times and most of the time it is missing.The pajami bottoms are horrible, they are always sliding off as you walk or try to sit. The return policy is also horrible, if you change your mind the next day, no one wants to acknowledge that it is not what you ordered

We have a wedding coming up, shopping in India would not be an option due to time restraints. Thus I ordered the most beautiful saree from this site. It was meant to arrive on the 29th but here it is, on the 24th! I am so so glad. We were initially worried that the work may have been compromised due to it being finished so fast. However it's perfect. Colours, stitching, everything. I would definitely recommend this site. Always kept you in the loop too with updates on what was happening. Would definitely order again! Thank you so so much.

There is so many outfit available in this website, a lot of varieties as well. And more over there is offers every now and then which is amazing as always. I was a first time customer ordering something from this store because I saw some good reviews online - they can't be real. I ordered two items - one for a wedding and one kurti which i just added so I can make it up to $99 to get free shipping. Made this order on Nov 8 - for a wedding on Dec 5. Repeatedly asked them to make sure it would come in time and they said "it will come by Dec 5 so do not worry about it" (I have 4 different chat transcripts that say that). I get the package on Dec 4 and it only has the kurti. NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T HAVE THE SARI DONE IN TIME SO I COULD HAVE A BACK UP PLAN. When I contacted them, the customer service rep was very rude and gave me no options, no discounts, nothing to make the mistake better. I generally try to be understanding of mistake but this crossed the line. I actually ordered from another company a week later and they delivered my item one day late and sent me an email apologizing with a 40% off discount on my next order. LEARN TO DO BUSINESS RIGHT INDIANCLOTHSTORE! - Meanwhile, stay away from these people.

I ordered two salwar kameez, only one arrived after 4 weeks, (which was perfectly and beautifully stitched). When I contacted the company regarding the unfulfilled item I was informed they could not secure the material. I requested for a refund, they responded "already processed." It has been 3 weeks, still no refund.
I am very disappointed with the dishonesty, I wished IndianClothStore is more upfront and honest, inform their customer when they are unable to fulfill an order.

I ordered a bunch of items (about 7 dresses) last year for my cousin's wedding and I had no problem getting in touch with someone to help me with the measurements or the order and to even rush deliver my items to me. They made it very simple, even when I needed to change my shipping address.
Wedding season is upon us once again and here I am, back on IndianClothesStore to get all the dresses I need. This time I need 12, but their site is so easy to navigate and they have 24 hour support in case you can't find an item or need help with something specific. I even got help figuring out what colors I am supposed to wear to each event!

I ordered a designer dress which was looking fabulous in the picture and material on it was looking pure chiffon... when I ordered this expensive dress, it was a disaster. Material of the dress was some cheap looking fabric and on top of that even though I gave my exact measurements the make of dress was dreadful... it was a Chinese collar and zipper in center back andneck size such a small as if it was sewn for a little girl...
