I earlier reviewed IndiaMart and was quite critical of the customer service. Subsequently the order was delivered and I am pleased with the product. My impatience was in part because the parcel was delivered much later than I was led to anticipate. Though I am very sorry for my impatience I am still unhappy with the response to my inquiries and failure of the vendor to take responsibility. I advise caution when ordering through IndiaMart.com but also advise patience for extremely long delivery times and encourage clear communication of policies in case parcels are lost in transit.

We are pay advance payment on 14-06-2021 through pay with indiamart and still now material is not received last 24 days and i am also asking to indiamart support but do not any action on seller and also can not refund my payment. I sagest do not buy any product through indimart.

BEWARE! Of GEW MACHINES Rourkela and FRAUDSTER Mr Jaya Sathpathy

Our bad luck started on 20 December 2019 when we went to his factory(fly ash brick manufacturing machine), he promised to deliver the machine in two months and hence demanded full payment. However the machine was not ready even till February 2021.
He sent the frame of the machine and then did all the other construction on our site. Hence we had to bear the security expenses/ construction expenses six months before the machine was even started.
Very low-quality material and assembling.
Before payment, he was very polite however he was extremely rude and lied in every instance after that.
Because he knew his machine was low quality and below standard, he did not provide any training or support since day one. As he knew the machine would not last even an hour, he did not provide any live trial.
Within one week we noticed he had not provided a very important part of the machine-rotavator and refused to provide it later as well. When we bought it from another seller, he made that as an excuse to be extra rude and refused to provide any customer service.
Due to poor quality material and assembling, the machine has never worked even a single full day and within the first 3 months, we had to make dozens of modifications and repairs to the machine- of course from our expenses. Currently while writing this review, the machine is down for one week because one of the cylinders is broken down as he had provided 3( unaligned) bolts instead of 4.
To sum it all we were really unlucky to have to deal with fraud and cheat like him, so if you are planning to place an order to him please beware.

After sending payment I received the typical your order has shipped email. As days passed I decided to check the tracking through elite courrier (fake delivery service also owned by India mart) to see where the shipment was. It said it was on hold in Mexico…. And I needed to pay a 128 fee to import medical goods because of a covid import fee…. They steal your money then try to pry more out of you in the hopes your medication will come thru.

What tipped it off was the courrier service was the one telling me the import fee was to go back to India to this individual to pick up cash…. Here's their verbiage below, BEWARE! I lost $400

I am not satisfied with Qualimark Machines Pvt LTD. due to I purchased the CP10 chapti pressing machine for Canada. I purchased in 2020 March, received in October 2020 in Canada, but did not setup until now June 2021, it have lots of issues, first of all is very poor workmanship, and electrical connections are loose, and paint was coming off. Also there is no proper space to wiring come out from the machine, since last year calling to setup. There is a heater problem it takes 2 hours to reach the required temperature now motor stop running. Even no one answer the call from there service department, when they answer they are very unprofessional people, do not talk properly.

Indiamart sellers are big time cheaters. They take the money and never give the item. They never give money back. They make false promises. One of the suppliers is - Aman jain

Indiamart is a scam company they like to cheat the people money. My advice don't make any oder form Indiamart.

I contacted a supplier of electrical equipment and they sent me a brochure and prices. I liked one unit in the catalogue, and the literature said place an order and a deposit so I did. I quizzed them a few times on progress, and they ignored me. I contacted admin at indiamart who said reassuring things, and contacted the same supplier. I suggested to the admin people that this might be a scam, to part me from the deposit money? I got a trail of idiotic abuse from the supplier refusing to accept the payment (which they already had) I complained to Admin and at the end of the day nothing was done and I lost the deposit.
So this site is clearly full of indian companies who have no idea of how the world works and not really interested in export business and also Indiamart Admin have no control, and no way to deal with rogue suppliers. I almost wonder if its really just for internal business in India?
For my part I now don't trust this web site at all and would not touch it with a barge pole, and would suggest others do likewise.
There is an opportunity for India to trade with the world directly and there is no-doubt huge potential here but this web site is not it.

As agreed with IndiaMART, We have renewed our current membership for 3 year from 14 FEB-2020 TO 13 FEB-2022 for domestic and foreign rice inquires and made payment against their invoice on FEB 2020, but since 4th December 2020 the Indiamart has converted our membership into a worst domestic service which is totally unacceptable. This new service is 100% useless for us because we don't deal in Domestic market. We do 100% Export of rice. They are FRAUD and earning money by unfair means. So we request to Indiamart to refund our full payment ASAP.

Delhi High Court took right decision against Indiamart.

I was scammed for $173 by a company called RG TRADERS in IndiaMart.
The representative of the RG trader is Rohit Gaurkhede.
I am wrong to believe in IndiaMart. I remitted in advance and waited more than 10 months, but he did not send the goods.
I asked Indian Mart staff for help, but these staff were also irresponsible. India Mart is like a fraudulent company. India Mart is totally indifferent and neglected to fraudulent activity.

We renewed our Indiamart services fo another 3 years in February 2020 with commitment from their sales person at Surat that we will continue to get all services with includes domestic and foreign buyleads which we were getting in last several years. But after 1 year they are asking for another money for foreign buyleads (which they say that they have separated this service in July 2020, which is after making contract with them for 3 years). Even someone buys their foreign buyleads services, they will separate their services countrywise and will ask for more money for countrywise buyleads during the contract agreement period. This is really untrustworthy company having no value of contract agreement made and commitment made by their sales persons. Beware of this company

This seller is giving us empty promises. He is neither sending my items to singapore and neither is he showing us the photos of the production. He keeps delaying every day and there is nothing produce.

We need indiamart to step in and solve this issue. Its urgent. This seller is from indiamart. Otherwise we will have to seek authority help in india, international level for fraud.

Very very bad service.
We are leading supplier on indiamart. We are last one year joint to india Mart and we face to % problem. India Mart is very bad service provider.so don't use IndiaMART.

We are a export company and we paid full amount for consuming both local and export leads for a 2 year period with Indiamart till May 2021. But suddenly before 4 months they have stopped all our export leads and say you can consume only domestic leads and not export leads.

It is like selling a bag of Rice to you and the shop keeper comes after 2 days and take some Rice from your bag saying it as export quality and ask you to pay extra for that. How foolish is this? How can they change the policy when you in a term of contract? I have tried complaining to multiple lines in their hierarchy but no solution they are justifying their wrong decision.

For the last couple of days, I am helping my wife in setting up a business and so I *******@IndiaMart for some suppliers.

I got lots of calls that were reported as spam, anyways let's continue, since in the Digital era we trust online business and sellers very easily and I did the same.

I ordered samples from 5 suppliers and I got them on time, later on, we chose to go with two suppliers and we started. One of them was sai sports and one was AK sports they were the same entity, I paid them 7500/- in advance for an order. But after paying money they stopped picking up my calls, they were seeing my messages on WhatApp but were not responding, the day they pick my call(From a new number) and said that the guys are away(How could a business guy be away from their phone registered in various places). I reported that in IndiaMart and now the story begins.

IndiaMart did not bother to take any action for 5 days Until I reported again tagging our Finance minister they started the process, not for the sake of customer service, but to avoid any hurdle. They contacted the seller and created a story with them, meanwhile, I got a call from the fury guy from a number which I paid for the order, he abused me, threatened me, and used every trick to settle by force, I reported the same to IndiaMart, but they pulled their hands off saying they can help me on financial fraud but can't do anything in the matter of threatening and abusing seller came from IndiaMart.

Suddenly they close my ticket saying that the seller has sent the product trusting the seller whom I have reported a fake courier receipt earlier.

I am attaching two photos one where they ask for money and later shows they are not picking up calls, I am open to providing more evidence if anyone requires.

They will suck you in with several small transactions then when you think you can trust them you up the quantity to get a better price they tell you some bull crap about they were hacked and your money is gone. Now understand IndiaMart is kind of like Ebay they only provide a platform for sellers. When I approached them they agreed to refund my money then as usual they stopped responding to my emails. They blame Covid like everybody else however I get shipments from India almost everyday so that's BS. You may get a couple of things from these crooks but never go above what you aren't willing to lose

I m from pune i purchased indiamart service for a year but still i didnt got the proper response for a medicine market from indiamart but in last of the yr ur marketing employee shubham varma naming assure will provide service of spcl indiamart trustified and for that i paid in advance 16k rs. I am a registered seller on Indiamart. This is the 4-5th time since last week, I got fake inquiries. Such a bad service from Indiamart and you guys are trying to sell more expensive plans to the sellers like us! Why should I pay for this worst service from Indiamart. Indiamart don't have any algorithm by which it can post only real leads. India mart just know how to steal money from sellers like us. First of all Indiamart is selling same leads to the hundreds of sellers which is crime and cheating with us. Secondly Indiamart don't have even good algorithm to remove fake enquires. I will surely stop paying this cheater company. 30k has been paid to them and get very few genuine lead. 95% leads are fake, buyers will say that they just cheacked the product, don't need.
