I would be very careful of doing international trade with anybody over the Internet, and it goes without saying that extreme caution and sound judgment should be exercised. Between INDIAmart and Alibaba, INDIAmart seems to have more verification processes and programs to make sure scammers are not posting false information on their website than Alibaba. I have been misled on Alibaba before, and INDIAmart helped me get in touch with a international exporter who so far has seemed trustworthy and dependable. I recommend this website especially for products exclusively or almost completely manufactured only in India. But, as always, remember to protect yourself and sensitive information from being stolen and use prudence.

I have inquired about the drone. I got several call from Indiamart, contacts and quote regarding the drone. One i have selected which i thought is suitable. Dealer initially told me pay 50% first and 50% after delivery. I agreed on it and made the payment to his given account. Then they told that item will be shipped from UK and they have shipped 2 units of drone. He asked pay more as item is stuck at the custom. I have payed him a money. When item reached the Hyderabad then again courier person asked of delivery charges ******* for the item. Even I agreed on it but they want the money only. They are not willing to deliver the item. They are really fraud.

On the 25/11/17 i called *******9569, Mr. Shekhar Dandravye, proprietor of Trisha Traders 44 Vaishali Nagar, Hingna Road, Nagpur - 16, Maharastra given on indiamart site for kintted nylon gloves. The whole of 25/11/17 no one answered my call. On 26/11/17 i called from another phone and a person answered. I told him i wanted kinitted nylon gloves. He replied that he could have my order delivered right away. I told him how could i choose a product without knowing its quality etc and he replied he'd sms the sellers number. So far he is probably looking for the seller's number which probably doesn't exist and has not yet replied.
Before this in october 17 i had asked for a fan motor for outdoor Ac unit and i got the same reply.
I fail to understand why indiamart thrusts products without letting the buyer assess the quality. Strange.
I'd suggest buyers and sellers not to waste their valuable time with the indiamart. Eventually buyers will find retailers in their town but seller will have lost a prospective customer.

The worst ever company, people dont even pick calls! They dont even know which Indiamart official is handling which client's profile.
The managers dont even know how to talk. $#*!ing Bastards they keep Chucking attitude, until an unless we $#*!ing have a rough talks with them. $#*!s these Indiamart guys are. Dnt ever associate with such clients. They dont even bother about their clients. For them the main concern is to make premium clients, get that money in hand n then at the
End they will be like $#*! off!

I have very bad experience too with the owner Pankaj Arora and his labour. You have be careful while dealing with the boys who some for installation or for anything... yes its true that they will spoil your equipment. And they charge very very high... by saying everything is faulty in your equipment. He is a fraud.

Mr. Patrick reid from bafna pharmaceuticals company ltd. is SCAMMER! Warning! I ordered the product from the patrick reid on the site indiamart. He uses the requisites of bafna, but insists on paying through the western union in his name. After payment he confirmed receipt of money and no longer answered calls and letters. The purchased goods were also not received. Beware, he uses the real banking data of the bafna pharmaceutical company and the letterheads for invoices and quality certificates.

I found an advertisement in the IndiaMart website as they listed them as a Verified Supplier (JS MobileStore) and The lady approached me directly on the phone names as Christina (Fake Name) and offered iPhone 7 plus for ******* and asked to send to her Bank account and than she forward the fake Website of shipment tracking details within that it is mentioned 3 units of Apple iPhone whereas I have ordered for only 1, when I asked that lady about this than she said it is my mistake, pay for the 2nd piece and you'll get the 3rd product for free otherwise you'll not get the product delivered or refund will not be made. When I complain this issue to the Executive at IndiaMart they said we weren't responsible for payments being done outside our channel. I have trusted that supplier only when I saw Indiamart as listed them as Verified Supplier, How can these people will allow such fraud advertisement on their website! Friend plz be aware of this issue and don't ever make payment online for the unknown person.
