India Mart is worst platform for export sellers now. They have added extra section for export lead & charging too much extra from Sellers around 90,000 + Tax only for 6 month which is horrible to pay for sellers because we know it's totally impossible to earn from India Mart. There are too much competition & less margin. And, they're charging a huge amount for this poor worst service. According to India Mart If you want leads from abroad then you'll have to take this plan. Many of sellers will drop India mart soon if they will not take it back or improve this plan. Such a bad step from India Mart. They just want to collect money from sellers... they're worst worst now. I'll leave them now. If I'll spend this amount in our business then I can have more good earning than India Mart.

I only wish I had found this site earlier. I took IndiaMART seriously but now I have realized at a painful cost that it is a platform for scammers to dupe and cheat innocent buyers. They have been a source of groups for scammers and take no responsibility. Their help desk is utterly useless and closes your complaints without any resolution. This is the worst level of scamming I have seen where they took money for a life saving medications and disappeared. Moreover, the dealers are verified by IndiaMART and IndiaMART did not even bother to support the buyer

Number one - no where have i been able to find a part for a 20 yr old orbitrek exercise machine, but THEY had it. To verify my identity, they wanted my credit card number, long before a purchased anything. That's when you GET OUT of that website. Before I could get out, I received an extreme alert that my computer was seriously infected and to absolutely call a supplied number for assistance. This is when you IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE WEBSITE AND CLEAR YOUR SCREEN. In my opinion, this is a scam or a very very poor place to shop. DON'T!

Dear Sir please look into the matter and try to resolve it on urgent basis unless I have to lodge a FIR against IndiaMART to take back my account. I have all the bills of IndiaMART and still I am not able to use my services.

Based upon my indiamart requirement of Palbace 125 mg, Dr ashish jain, Centaur pharmaceutical (phone ******* *******) enquired me and Dr Rajesh Gupta (******* *******) Metro Medical for deposit of advance money thru NEFT for Rs *******/- on 11/4/20. I neither received medicine nor money. Infact, the bank account is a fake account in another name of different caste person. The complaint has been lodged to india times, banks, media, cybercrime. Infact, metro medical has already disowned this vendor on their facebook page.
Pl don't trust Indiamart vendors without verification of credentials.

Hello everyone. I have had an awful experience with this platform more precisely a company whose name is Chemi Natriceuticals Maharashtra India Vasai East Mumbai. After my payment USD980 they keep promising will deliver the goods (8kg curcumin) for more than 18 days. After dozens of attempts to contact them by phone and by email, they being so bothered, gave me back a partial refund with around USD180 less than initial payment (maybe around USD60 representing transfer fee). So please do not get in business with this company! Regards, Valentin

Indiamart has no customer database. Small business like traders has no profit in listing with indiamart. Avarge call are 1.6 per day. Whivh is not fixed client. Apart from this Indiamart employees are asking to get commissions when they bought any customer for us. I am totally disappointed. Employee name Mr. Krishna from jaipur. He is not picking call since 15 days. When he came for listing he promised me to get good deals and training. But after that he wont pick my calls. Just dial is better than this.

I found a supplier on indiamart.com. Name: Leo nutriscience in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. They took my deposit for an order I placed and refused to communicate with me after they received the money. India mart.com customer service asked for a registration number. I have contacted over 12 sellers on indiamart.com and NONE of them have a registration number. indiamart.com will not communicate with me without this 'non-existent' registration number. Do not use this website. It will connect you with anyone who pays their subscription. They do not verify legitimacy of sellers and a buyer has no protection AT ALL! I have all the communications with this seller and with indiamart.com. I am a buyer located in Houston, Texas, USA.
