Ich habe bei Bluecrosslabororatories bestellt und die Ware wurde auch tatsächlich verschickt.
Doch plötzlich habe ich ein Mail vom Versender Bestwayexpress Service erhalten, dass ich nochmals einen höheren Betrag als die Ware selbst via Western Union bezahlen soll, sonst werde das Paket nicht weitergeschickt.
Ich habe für die Ware 64Usd bezahlt und für den Versand 28usd und jetzt soll ich nochmals 77usd bezahlen?
Frechheit! Bluecrosslabororatories findet, dies sei nicht mehr ihr Problem.

I found a company through the indiamart called Geno pharma limited which turns out to be a fake firm. They appear legitimate but take your money for goods, and then advise they need an additional payment for the goods to be released by a freight company for a refundable import/export certificate. The freight company also appears to be in on this scam as well. I noticed other people caught in the last month by this same firm but indiamart have done nothing to stop him advertising.

Today I got a call during Client Meeting from the customer service executive of IndiaMart regarding joining their paid membership programme for digital marketing. Actually he had discussed the terms & conditions of joining this, few days back. But somehow due to busy schedule, I forgot to activate the online link and do the transaction.

Thats it! I think i have done this much to make him use harsh and high tone on the call! He used some hard words!
N Believe me my phone was on loudspeaker!
In front of my client, I felt embarrassed!
I replied, "Is this the way you approach all your clients? Is this the way IndiaMart promote the business? Lets please cut the call."
Saying "Thanks for wasting my time" He cuts the call.

After around a hour, a got another call from the dealing hand who dealt with me from IndiaMart complaining my mistake to not crediting the amount.
I just give her the feedback about the previous call, and how embarrassing his words prove in front of a client. And asked her " do they record calls" and she simply smiled and said, " No sir, we don't".

She tried hard to convince me to do the transaction and get the membership, somehow I believe to hold on the transaction for some more days.
From morning my mind is finding the reason Why he used such words and tone?
I am a client to them, I was supposed to invest on their membership programme, They are definitely gonna have some sort of benefit. Just because i delayed the transaction, even not having anything charged on my account, nothing purchased nothing sold, just a new client.
Unsatisfied with the way of approach.

If you are looking to invest on IndiaMart please dont do that the inquiry you receive are all fake the same inquiry send to almost every seller of that area and they also make lead out of that inquiry. They will tell you that lead once sold can not be seen by other seller as you buy but the lead is not removed until 10 sellers buy that if seller post inquiry on your catalogue they will send details of 10-15 sellers via msg on that buyer how can you send message containing number of different seller if they they post inquiry on particular seller. All system of IndiaMart is Fake they are doing fraud to 90% of there seller from which they earn most. The people work at IndiaMart are illiterate most they dont now how IndiaMart provide inquiry to seller. If you have large Wholesale business rather to invest on IndiaMart call on the seller which sells on IndiaMart of same product i will guarantee you your business will do much greater than it will do if you enroll in India Mart. If you are small business man then make simple site and post add via google ad if will be much more greater result then it would be when you will be enroll on IndiaMart. If you wanna prove just do to IndiaMart site and search for some product and choose any of seller and post requirement on that particular seller you will notice that you will going receive to receive inquiry from lots of seller

False claims & fake buy leads system & money Laundering company who doesn't refund the amount when their illiterate bruts don't have the knowledge to work or redress mapping /releavant leads. They will make big business people who have taken an account worth more than 1, 20, 000 Rupees and give fake customer services where the service people just go to chill in the field & have zero understanding of the products. Since the launching of company's shares, they think they are above government & Consumer court & consumer grievances mean nothing. They are turning to be arrogant set of buttering sales team with illiterate bruts for SEO & mapping & fake buy leads which are bought by their internal team of software generated leads which are shooted to 50-100 people. They have 0 ideas about mapping. The only calls you will get is will be from housewives searching for 100-200 gram aloe Vera or instead from sellers or villagers who want to sell you their Farm produce. Such degradation in quality after launching the IPO is a major blunder and a setback is soon to be expected when there is a amalgamation of a cheap team just waiting to fill targets for their Bangkok/ Malaysia trip. They are ready to fool gullible & credulous clients just for their Bangkok fantasies

Hello, I was scammed for £800 by a fellow called Bertrand Brown of Online pharma who was recommended to me by IndiaMart. After I was scammed I left a review on sitejabber to which Indiamart replied:

Believe me all they do is to get the thief to message you again still demanding money then tell you as far as they are concerned they have did all they could and that the case is now closed. I would recommend no-one to use Indiamart unless you want to just throw money to the wind.

I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wanna purchase prescription and non prescription medicine, with or without prescription at very affordable rates.

I requested medications and was contacted by several sellers. I ordered from 2 of them and they initially provided tracking. A few days later I was informed that the shipments were held up in customs and that I needed to pay a significant fee. I paid then a few days later I was again informed that another fee was needed, this one larger than the first. I never received anything and lost a lot of money. I contacted indiaMART at least twice through their complaints link. Absolutely no response. If you don't want to loose your money stay away!

I have an update I received this auto generated reply appearing to help.

Here's what happened: I responded about 3 times providing dates, names/contact info, as well as detailed receipts. Every time I received the same auto reply "apologizing for the inconvenience " and then asking for the same information.

It's beyond me why this group continues to conduct business through very deceitful vendors referred through them. There is no real accountability.

I conduct business with Ali Express. Their vendors are more reliable.

I ordered my stuffs from K&M International Inc, Vadodara. We communicated and agreed on the availability of goods. Once the payment was made the supplier started showing his true colors. No stock and offered alternate product. I agreed to what he offered and trusted him but he sent all different colors and sizes which are of no use to me. In total I lost $1000 and I don't recommend IndiaMart and neither K&M International Inc. They are all cheaters.
