I had ordered cake for delivery on 07 Apr 2023 to my maids 10 year old daughter who lives in Darjeeling after checking the delivery postal code with the customer support team, On 7th April, I received request for additional Rs 250/- as delivery charge which I immediately transferred only to be informed on 08 Apr that the delivery was not possible and I would receive refund. 4 months from now, I have not received any refund and no response to e-mails and customer support is not responding, completely cheated. Fraudulent site, please beware from ordering...

Never ever trust this company. I have placed an order in indiacakes.com around and I have made the payment. After sometime they have sent an another email asking for extra money of 275. This was not communicated while placing the order. Still I paid since I don't want to miss the cake for my friends birthday. But they never delivered the order and nor did they pickup the phone when I called.

I did not get a refund but your comment says not delivered. What the hell that means? Simple not delivered return my money back. This is not a mathematic problem.

If you do not want your special occasion to be spoiled, please do not order here. They will make you wait till last moment and then cancel the order.

A very bad experience I had after ordering the cake on the respective time not received the cake and no response from the vendor customer service or chat support and when we chat manually then the agent is very rude stating as we can't deliver we need to pay extra payment for delivery such a pathetic service I experienced in this India cake platform. I never ever suggest anyone to order in this platform. There is no on time delivery nor no proper response.

Pathetic service, worst ever, everything was worst, never over from them ever. Your money will be wasted

I ordered cake for my moms birthday. Their website offered free delivery.
The evening of birthday, they asked for more money as delivery charge.
I requested to cancel the order and refund the money.
I didn't, I emailed multiple times. Tried to contact via web chat. No response

They are fraudsters... Do not buy from them. They will first attract you by giving you a discount and then once you have placed the order and made the payment, they will ask you to pay more. Even after you pay, they will not deliver or refund your money. I have experienced this myself. This is a fraud website run by CON people. Do not get trapped. Stay away for Indiacakes.

I suggest you stay away from this company (IndiaCakes). I'll give a brief overview of my experience.

Ordered cake for Father-In-Law's birthday. Paid the extra Rs200 for rush delivery. Received email next day (day of delivery) asking for an additional Rs150 for out of area delivery. I paid.
Cake was NOT delivered. After 15 attempts - finally spoke with a customer service agent, and was advised the delivery location is too far. The agent advised a full refund will be given, and a refund acknowledgement email was sent to me. As of today, 12 days later, refund has NOT been processed.
Tried to contact customer service, but magically the call gets cut after I provide the order number (I tried 10 times today).
From my experience in the service industry, there will always be issues, but you must always find a solution, and resolve any customer queries. This is the Golden Rule in the service industry.

MY SUGGESTION IS TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
There are many other companies who provide this service. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this company.

I ordered a cake from India Cakes and while making payment and booking they did not ask for delivery charges later I got a msg link stating to pay 300 as delivery charges which I did accept and asked the to refund the amount but I did not get any refund nor my cake was delivered when called to customer care they response was very bad and rude. I request google to block such websites and not to promote such dirty websites so that people dint get cheated

I ordered a cake from India Cakes. At the time of ordering, there was no mention of extra delivery charges. A day before the deliver date, they reach out to me saying the delivery address is to far and I need to pay an additional Rs. 275 for them to be able to deliver. I dispute this saying this wasn't mentioned at the time of placing the order.
Also they are have disconnected the call without giving me the clarification. This is a fraud company.This is their pattern. Beware of this company. They are just scammers.

It's a fraud company. They take the order and prepayment and will ask you to pay extra money saying your address is far but cake will not be delivered. After that you will be keep calling for refund, they will disconnect your call or behave with you in a cheap way. This is their pattern. They are not selling cakes. Beware of this scammer.

Indiacakes is not fraud or scam. They deliver cake on time. Many times I ordered cake from their website indiacakes.com it was on time with best quality.

They will cheat you after online payment. I lost 1400 rs. Never use this platform not genuine one. Fake site

I ordered a cake to be delivered in thrissur, kerala. Full payment was taken. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th and my family informed me few days later that no cake was received. Nobody called or informed me. When i called them, they said they didnt deliver because of distance. At least someone could have informed me and i would have made alternative arrangements. They then said they will refund me and despite many calls and messages, no refund received as well. WORST SERVICE EVER!

No complaints about IndiaCakes. I ordered cake many times from this platform. Recieved best quality everytime.
