I received just what I was expecting. The online or after-hours customer service is not reliable, so you'll want to speak to somebody in Texas in person when finalizing an order.
Needed to get 600 koozies in 3 days and Imprint delivered. Kept the design very simplistic to minimize the chance something could go wrong. Imprint came through and got me all 600 in 2 days and had in hand on the 3rd!

It appears someone from Imprint tried to recreate the logo I submitted and botched it. I have 175 custom notebooks that were supposed to be holiday gifts and can't use due to the messed up logo. I am trying to work with customer service to fix issue and get new notebooks printed but they don't want to refund me the additional 200 I paid for expedited shipping to get in time for holidays. So I have a botched order and currently no fixing from Imprint.com. WON'T USE AGAIN.
I like the sign but next time would choose better colors. The background color is rubbing off in some spots as well.
Delivered on time!
I had worked with the company before and was pleased with the results. However, my last 2 orders were a mess. The 1st- lanyards did not arrive as shown in the proof, and was only offered a very small partial refund after an immense amount of contact. 2nd - tried again, thinking the last was an isolated event. In the end I did receive an item that is workable (but still different than the proof), the communication to get to that point was ridiculous. Getting bounced between no less than 5 different service reps, with one in particular who was rude and didn't answer simple questions, left a really bad taste.

We ordered 120 BLANK Lanyards for a Red Carpet Event. We ordered on a 2 day and confirmed all was okay. The actual ordering process was easy, however, when we received only 114 lanyards, everything went south from there. No one offered any help in fact, out of the 4 people we spoke with, not a one of them could have given a rat's $#*! about our shortage. We requested a credit for the six lanyards we did not receive as we had to go all over town to find six lanyards.
Horrible horrible business practices and no way would I ever recommend this company
The online design tools are very helpful. My only wish would be that magnetic backed buttons be made available instead of just the stick pin backing.

Product is better then expected! Received a few cups damaged company resolved issue immediately. Will do business with again!
A little awkward on custom design & with template
Received exactly as ordered, super easy to use ordering system. Plus we received our order earlier than expected which is always a plus!
Great and Fast
The print was all together with no spaces. I wasn't very pleased with it. And there was an issue with our credit card that I called about it they said it needed to run it course instead of allowing me to fix it.
They sent update emails to let me know what stage of the process my signs were in. They arrived before I expected as well!
Despite multiple emails, they never responded. They printed my arrow signs backwards with no credit offered.
