Easy ordering, didn't realize the graphic would only be on one side of the lanyard.
The product is nice. The only comment is that i expected the colors and the design to crisper and clearer.
Great custom design program. I do wish you could save your project so that you can come back to it. I was told it will only save it if you purchase it. That's not always practical if you are trying to show others the design to decide which one to go with. I had to keep creating it to show others. It was a lot of extra work that wouldn't need to be if I could have just saved the design.
The bracelets are great! Purchased these for our trip to Disney just in case we get seperated my kids our cell phone numbers with them. My kids are 5 & 7 and they are wearing them around their ankles. Wish there was a smaller size than youth as they fall off their wrists. Other wise it works and they are great.
The product was exactly what I wanted at a good price. I was just disappointed that for an item that was showing in stock it took so very long to receive.
I was disappointed that a tint generated from one of the two colors within the job was not acceptable, considered a third color, and had to be deleted from the art work or would have raised the price considerably. After that was taken care of with three phone calls and new art generated and submitted, I received further automated phone calls claiming the job was still held up and not going forward, even though I received email transmissions sayings the job shipped. It was a little unnerving being that I had a tight deadline to meet.
The end product was fine, but wished the "Red" printed had been more dense, it was a bit thin, not nearly as true as the original color specified. I guess... a result of screen printing vs digital. Leave something to be desired. Ultimately, my client was pleased, but thought you should know!
Always a breeze.
I recently placed an order for my company and the product I received did NOT match the preview I approved. My order was simple... "Onward" across the front of the band covering half of the bracelet (as pictured in my preview). What I got was a microscopic "Onward" that could barely be read inside a decorative box. I immediately called the company and asked them to reprint my bracelets. I was told that they couldn't guarantee they would get it right because the factory was not where customer service was. They asked me to keep the bracelets and they would give me 10% off. I obviously did not agree to that. They refused to refund my money so the bracelets ended up in recycle and my money I guess in the trash. Do NOT buy from this company. The reviews speak for themselves. They do not deliver what they promise and their quality is poor.
I have place many orders for buttons over the past 3 years. Most were fine with no issues, but one order, many of the buttons fell apart.

A great product at a great price. We will definitely reorder more signs from Imprint.
I wish I'd called and realized the adult bands are large for women. More youth ones may have been better.
My overall experience was fantastic! The yard signs were at a very affordable price. I am satisfied with the outcome of the yard signs I purchased for the business.

Their site for designing signs was good but could be better.
Took several tries to get the text to align correctly when ordering a small 9" x 12" sign. Seems like their template is set up larger signs.
The line of my sign in Spanish was printed correctly using the correct accents.
However, I originally bought the wrong color, returned them on 12/27. This purchase was to replace them. I have not received my credit for returned items. When I log onto their site, original order is gone.
