Great use of online design tool. The program could use some tweaking to accommodate a little more flexibility on editing designs.
I had to start the ordering process over at least three times since I didn't complete it all at once. The option for free shipping wasn't available and I had to call twice about that. The order arrived much sooner that expected and was exactly as I requested. I was very satisfied.

My double sided yard signs came out great and we love them! However, the single side signed were not what I ordered. I had reached out prior to ordering them and asked if it was possible for the corrugation to go horizontally instead of vertically because we are stapling them to phone polls. The rep I worked with said it was possible and just make sure to notate it the notes section of that item's order. I did and then they came just like the others, with the corrugation going vertically.

I was very thankful that they were not afraid to be honest about a design problem that actually led to a lesser purchase price. Shipping was lightening fast, product is great quality and printed perfectly! 10/10 would use again.

It was a little confusing to receive emails stating one thing about my order and something else being stated in voice messages. Once I had direct conversation and was able to ask questions, I had a much better experience and ordered my products.

Everything came as ordered.
Product arrive in a badly packed, severely damaged box. Imprint was wrong. Should have been 2 colors, they printed 3. Should have had a half-inch margin, they printed an inch and a half. It took me FOUR hours on the phone with customer service to get them to agree to a reprint. Only two hours in did they even offer anything (a 10% discount). They lied to me about not being able to talk to a manager or quality control. They hung up on me. They refused to issue a refund even though they could not meet industry standards of printing. My project was pushed back two weeks because of the blatant incompetence of this company.
The items (lanyards) were shipped with the wrong clip. The solution was not to provide the product with the correct clip, but a 10% discount. I was disappointed with this solution, as I made a strong point to insure the proper clip was used.
Service was good- Company followed up on our design layout to make sure everything was as we wanted, and took care of any issues right away.
