I was unable to know when my order shipped or the tracking of my packages.
It was easy and prompt, I would have liked to have a tracking number once shipped just so I knew when it was coming in, but that wouldn't stop us from ordering again. Some of the balloons were defective and had tiny pin holes in them which was a bummer when we were trying to blow them up. But overall I'd give a 4/5. Thank you

The ordering experience was easy to understand and navigate. The product also arrived in a timely manner. However, I asked to increase my order of balloons from 25 to 50, and was even charged for the increase, but only received 35. You also need to clarify that print confirmations will not be sent to the customer's personal email address but to his or her Imprint account. I lost time on our order because I kept waiting for the logo confirmation to be sent to my personal email.
Did not arrive as promised. I said I absolutely needed by a date, If I knew there was a chance of not getting it I would have put the date sooner.
Great product and exactly as ordered. The only issue I had was the breakdown in communication due to the ticket system.
